Good location near the station. For breakfast you receive coupons to get a breakfast in the Matsuya (Gyudon Restaurant) in the basement.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place is clean and well maintained. Its is near hiroshima station.

The hotel is very small and new established. The room is not so clean compared to nearby hotel.

Room is very clean It will be great if add more coin laundry machines

Comfortable modern hotel within walking distance of Hiroshima station. Room was clean and had all we needed for one night stay. Staff speaks English and was friendly and polite. We checked out early (6 am) to explore Miyajima and they kept our bags for us until evening. Would recommend.

The location is perfect, just 5 min walk from Hiroshima Station and 1 min walk to local train. It is surrounded by the shops and restaurants. One thing I concerned is the air-conditioning system. The air-conditioning in our rooms (3 rooms) was a heater. I try to change it to air-conditioning mode, but the reception said it is controlled by the hotel. If other guests are using heater mode, we cannot change to cool mode at all. Our only solution is opening the window which is much better because the weather outside was so cool, but we have to be disturbed by the traffic and pedestrians noise as the hotel is located alongside the main road. The restaurant downstairs is excellent with tasty food and reasonable price. You can grab a good breakfast and then go explore the city. Family mart is nearby just across the road. This is the convenient one.

The hotel is really good, the room is very well organized with all that we need. The staff is helpful. Breakfast is ok.

Position is super central, less than 10 min walking or 1 tram stop from the train station. Facilities modern, clean. Room is tiny but in line with Japanese standards. I was staying with my friend and we had 2 rooms. I don’t know why but my room did not get serviced while my friend’s did. We left and came back at the same time and my room had not be cleaned (although I had even left the sign please clean the room on the door). I got a bag of new towels left at the doorstep but no cleaning inside.

Functional hotel, basic breakfast, but convenient for the station to catch the Shinkansen or airport bus

Would be cool if I could get more space, please make tables foldable so we can get more space

Nice hotel, room wide enough (one person) compared to other budget hotels like Toyoko Inn etc.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room had a beautiful design, comfortable bed, nice and clean bathroom, great amenities, and it was cleaned daily. Honestly, it felt luxurious. An interesting difference at this hotel was that the reception desk was on the second floor, which we actually liked because it meant we could simply use the elevator to go in and out without having to see the staff every time. Recommended!
