Staff can speak English, don’t have to worry about communicating. Food are great too in the hotel, and many good restaurants at the JR station.
Overall is clean, just the hotel maybe some ages.

The Sheraton Grand Hiroshima Hotel delivers from beginning to end regarding service and location. I had the chance to stay one night in early June before heading next morning to Okunoshima, and it was highly worth it. Next to Hiroshima Station, this location is a must. In addition, the quality of service provided by each member, either at the front desk or Club Lounge, was excellent. Daisuke in the Club Lounge was helpful and went above and beyond to assist during my stay. Regarding the room, I highly recommend booking a Club Level room or suite. The panoramic views of Hiroshima are amazing, but the room is exceptionally comfortable. I had the chance to stay in a suite, approximately 750 sq. ft., which was quite comfortable, especially the bed. The bathroom was spacious, and the bathtub was worth it after a long day or walk in the city. I also recommend the spa facilities in the hotel. If you pay around 1,650 Yen, you can use the pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and cold bath. This is a great activity to relax and disconnect from reality fully. I enjoyed my time there and would return if I had the chance. Overall, it was a great stay, and thankful for the generosity and excellent customer service provided by the team in this hotel.

It was our first time staying at this hotel and we were very satisfied with it. It is strategically located near the JR Hiroshima station, just a 5min walk from the nearest exit. The hotel is also very near the street car station (just behind the hotel) which we used it to get to many places in hiroshima easily.
There are many malls within the vicinity, with a big Edion mall just opposite the hotel and big camera just about less than 5mins walk away. There's also a Lawson just right downstairs so that you can get any snacks or drinks easily.
The room is very clean and isn't very small as expected. We were able to open up our 24inch luggage easily. You can also store your luggage under the bed. The amenities are free for everyone at the reception counter. You'll have to collect it yourself so we collected our 3days supply so we don't have to keep going to reception floor to get it.
Overall we are very satisfied with our stay and will definitely stay here again if we visit Hiroshima in future.

this hotel is convenient walk from Hiroshima station.here are the directions...make sure you exit from South Station then walk down escaltors, turn left pass the tram station and keep walking strait for around 10 min and you will arrive at hotel on left side.

Our stay at the Rihga Royal Hotel Hiroshima was quite enjoyable. The standout feature was definitely the room size - it was surprisingly spacious, especially compared to many other hotels we've experienced in Japan. This extra space made our stay much more comfortable and relaxing.
The hotel's location is another big plus. It's conveniently situated, making it easy to access many of Hiroshima’s-attractions. We found it to be a great base for exploring the city, with good transportation and tourist bus links from Hiroshima station nearby.
The staff were polite and helpful, which added to the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities met our expectations for a hotel of this caliber.
One area where there's room for improvement is the breakfast options. While adequate, we felt the variety could be expanded, especially for guests with dietary restrictions. A wider range of choices would have been appreciated.
Despite this minor drawback, we had a very positive experience overall. The combination of the exceptionally spacious rooms and the convenient location made our stay in Hiroshima both comfortable and efficient. We would recommend the Rihga Royal Hotel Kyoto to other travelers, particularly those who value room space and a good location.

Perfect location for the main sights of Hiroshima - we walked to them all from the hotel but if you want to get the loop bus, there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel. Room was well sized and very clean and comfortable although probably a little dated. The view was our room was very special though! A final bonus, a free happy hour for guests on the top floor! Staff were all really friendly :) I would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay here while exploring the beautiful city of Hiroshima. The check-in process was smooth and effortless. The hotel's location is very convenient, offering easy access to popular city attractions. Our room was comfortable and provided a stunning view of the city. Fantastic hotel, opened just 9 months ago, still smells new. Located 10 minute bus trip from Hiroshima station and 15 minute walk from the peace museum/park. Stayed in beautiful one bedroom suite on 21st floor (second highest). Great view of the city through panoramic windows. Staff very friendly, engaging in small talk, specially when they see you are wait for example at the reception. Great breakfast choice, egg station. You can order to table some extra drinks like mango juice and waffles. Executive lounge located on 22nd floor, also great views. Lounge looking nice, with tables quite cramped. As far as food is concerned, I think one of the best Hilton lounges I recall. Choice of number of small sandwiches, cheese, cold meats, salads, beef stew, sweets etc. Swimming pool, dry sauna and large jacuzzi available.

The hotel is located in downtown of Hiroshima. However, it’s on the street where a lot of bars and restaurants are also located. We arrived on Fri night and it’s a very busy area and not easy to find a parking space.
Room is very small and not convenient to walk after you lay down your luggage.

It would be little inconvenient to go to central city from there but view from the room is great. I liked the view from breakfast hall too.
Best part is to get in ferry from hotel for Miyazaki.

PPengguna TetamuWe arrived in Hiroshima by train and this hotel is super close to the train station so it was super easy to get to and from here with literally a 5 minute walk. It looks like the area has been redeveloped a bit so there's a bunch of good restaurants around the hotel. There is also a tram stop right around the corner so even though it's location is a bit far from all the sightseeing in the city you can get there easily by just hopping on one of the cool streetcars. The room itself is on the small side but the bed was super comfy. Shared bathrooms and toilets were clean most of the time and pretty spacious too. The downstairs common room and kitchen is great, there's so many kitchen appliances and utensils to use which was great. There's a bunch of manga books and boardgames too for some entertainment. The room could do with a few hooks to hang up stuff on the wall. Since the room is really small and there's no space for anything other than the bed and the tiny table with a stool it'd be a great solution to add some sort of storage for things like coats and bags etc. Unfortunately the cafe was closed when we were there so haven't been able to try this.

PPengguna TetamuHotel is located not far from Hiroshima Station, about 10 mins walk, head to the South exit, cross the bridge and can see the hotel by the riverbank. There's a family mart near the hotel. We booked a Deluxe Twin Room for our family of 3, the room is big (32 sqm) by Japanese standard. I like that the room has an additional wash basin counter for powder and makeup outside the bathroom. The beds and pillows are firm and comfortable. Hotel staff are warm and polite. It would be great if hotel could provide more clothes hanger in the room, and a space/rack/hooks for clothes in the bathroom. Overall an enjoyable and comfortable stay at the hotel, would highly recommend to anyone visiting Hiroshima.

VVarya_OВ отеле много номеров, соответственно, много народу. Трудно поймать лифт из-за количества людей. В коридоре прямо у комнаты находится колонка, откуда играет музыка всю ночь, хоть и негромко, но всё же.
Окно улучшенного номера выходит на стену. Туалетная бумага достается от предыдущего жильца, сколько осталось)). Шампунь/гель/мыло - тоже.
Не очень чистые чашки в номере.
Девушки на ресепшн ничего не объясняют, до всего приходится домысливать самой. Что, например, туалетных принадлежностей нет в номере и нужно их набирать в холле. Не рассказали про завтрак, сколько стоит.
Отличное местоположение, Мемориальный парк, можно сказать, прямо за углом. Рядом много коньини и ресторанчиков. Остановка автобуса от станции Хиросима тоже находится рядом.

By far the best hotel of our trip to Japan. A definite FAV in our book. Clean, modern, spacious, excellent price, kitchen and laundry in room. Lots of accessible sockets and usb. Nice lighting. Good reception. Kids will love the bunks. I don’t know why people choose traditional hotels over places like this. Yes it’s a little further from the station but not beyond walking or a quick Uber. Only down side is it is a little walk to the eateries but really not that far and not enough to dampen our love for this business. Hiroshima was also a lovely city to visit. Highly recommend.

RRayレイNot a bad hotel and i dont understand why a fair hotel can only earn 3.2 on Google, thinking about the price and it’s location, it exceeds my expectations.
It is an old hotel but everything inside is well-organised and renovated. U get a breakfast for 500 yen more which has basics like scrambled eggs, mango yogurts, small crossiants, etc.
It’s quite convenient to have such an acco in the chushin of Hiroshima.

PPengguna Tetamu広島駅からは路面電車で20〜30分かかるので少し遠い感じはありますが、最寄りの電停からは近いです。部屋の設備はよく、文句なしです。特に、一部屋ごとに電子レンジがあるのはいいですね。小さなことですが、冷蔵庫でグラスが冷やしてあるのも、ビール呑む者には嬉しい。

SSarah H.Location ok, near the tramway, but not the nicest street. The room is very hot, uncomfortable and tiny. And it’s not exactly 2 beds. There’s one double bed and then there’s a very high and uncomfortable stepladder to reach a mattress that is very close to the ceiling. The staff doesn’t speak any English and we had to use Google translation with everyone. We were given the wrong room at first and waited 40 minutes to check-in. The woman didn’t know we had already paid for the room. Then the next day, we asked to leave our luggage before taking the train which they agreed to. And when we returned to gather them, they said they would charge us for this service as we were away for more than an hour. The staff wasn’t very cooperative or nice and wouldn’t let us leave. There is no sign or explanation anywhere about the fact that leaving your luggage is not free. It’s not written anywhere.

PPengguna Tanpa Nama價格確實蠻便宜的，離橫川站走10分種就到了。樓下就是711全家都有。景點不怕麻煩走10幾分鐘也能到市中心了。缺點是我這個房間沒有窗帘，酒店沒有電梯，其實就是日本一棟公寓改成的酒店，還有洗澡的水流怎麼這麼小啊。入住基本都是自助辦理的，住了3天，除了看到上午打掃的小姐姐，沒有在前台看到過人。如果省錢可以考慮住，衛生也說得過去吧，旁邊都是住宅區也算安靜
