VERY convenient location - just steps from Hiroshima train station. Staff are very nice and helpful. Room was on high floor and very nice view. Since it is in transit center, it is very easy to take trains, trolleys, subways around town. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. They put an extra bed in room since there were 3 of us, but it made the room a bit crowded. The 2 doubles would have been comfortable enough for us. Room and bath were very nicely appointed - I’m not sure about other travelers’ criticism - I think the layout was quite typical for Japanese rooms. It was also very convenient to have the change machine in the lobby to exchange currency. Breakfasts were good and staff were quite accommodating

The Hilton Hiroshima is a brand new hotel and we really enjoyed the design, spaciousness, and the breakfast. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming, and has all the facilities of a 5 star hotel. The staffs speak fluent English so there no problem in communication. We had a spacious room with king bed, with also plenty of space for a round table. The bathroom was also very big and beautifully designed. The best part of our stay was definitely breakfast, and I would highly recommend it to anyone staying at this hotel. It was a luxury buffet breakfast with over 100 choices of food in Japanese and international styles, including hot food such as udon and soba which were cooked per your request. Parking at the hotel costs 2500 yen per night for guests staying at the hotel. There may be cheaper options nearby as there are a lot of parking in Hiroshima.

I get what I paid for, just a comfortable night stay with easy access by street car from Hiroshima Station, and the rest of the places of interest are located in the vicinity if we don't mind walking - Peace Memorial Park & Museum, shopping district etc. with Hiroshima Station 2 stops away by street car that stops just across the roam from the hotel I would say this hotel location is superb as what I wanted to do and see are all located in the vicinity with easy access either by street cars or walking to explore in which what I did. However, the bathroom might be tight for some.

호텔은 크지 않습니다. 하지만 시내 중심가에 있어서 다른 곳으로 이동이 용이했습니다. 직원은 매우 친절하고 일회용품은 1층에 비치되어서 필요한 만큼 가져가면 되었습니다. 객실은 좁지만 알차게 되어 있어서 불편한 점은 없었고 창문은 작지만 환기가 충분히 될 정도였고 난방기도 성능이 좋아서 아주 띠뜻하게 보냈습니다. 객실 상태가 잘 관리 되어 있어서 깨끗하다는 느낌을 많이 받았습니다. 다시 오고 싶은 곳입니다.

We stayed in Hotel Vista for 2 nights, it was around a 7-10 minute tram ride on the 1,2 or 6 tram and a 5 minute walk to get there from Hiroshima station. It is situated a couple of minutes away from the main shopping area and a 15 minute walk from the Atomic Dome. The room was well sized, clean and comfortable, the staff were also friendly. This is the perfect place to base yourself in Hiroshima.

GoToキャンペーンで安く泊まれました。さらに平日の宿泊だったためかお部屋のリクエストも柔軟に対応していただき良かったです。大浴場は天井が吹き抜けになっていて、都会にもかかわらず星も見えました。エレベーターが2つしかなく、なかなか捕まらないのが不便でしたが、ビジネスホテルとしては十分及第点です。 I stayed cheaply with the GoTo campaign. Furthermore, it was good that I could flexibly respond to room requests when check-in, probably because we stayed on weekdays. The large open-air bath that we could see the stars in spite of the city. It was inconvenient that there were only two elevators and it was hard to get, but it is not big problem for a general business hotel.

Pas notre premier choix sur Hiroshima mais beaucoup d'hotels déjà réservés. Et en fait, ça passe ! Chambres spacieuses pour les standards japonais. Un peu vieillottes certes mais le meuble radio et le mobilier offrent un certain charme et une idée d'un japon fantasmé, d'il y a 20 ou 30 ans. Très jolie vue sur la rivière et plutôt bien situé pour le dôme, les tramways, la gare principale et l'animation.

東横インなので、統一された設備が整っていて、その点では裏切られることなく、安心して利用させていただけました。駅からも近いのでそこはよかったのですが、用事のある場所が、駅から遠かったので、今回はちょっと選択を誤ったかも。

連休に利用しました。 ホテルから全然歩ける距離の場所。 値段も手頃だし、駅近のホテルで、移動しやすかったです。 お部屋も清潔で、明るくここにしてよかったと思いました。 ホテルの従業員の方は、若い女性の方が多かったけど、 マネージャーの方？　年配のホテルマンさんはやや 固い印象だった。 私が下らないジョークを飛ばしてもニコリともしないので 悪いことしたなぁ・・と思った。 掃除については、荒さを指摘された口コミを読んでいたので どんなふうなんだろう？って 多少、心配していたんですが 私は旅行にも体重計を持参したりする人なんですが、 置いてあった位置がずれて斜めになってたりしたので 女性らしい細やかさを感じないなぁ、清掃の人は どんな人？なんて考えていたけど、 翌日、若い男の子が真剣な顔で他の部屋の掃除に入るのを 見たので、まぁ、ちょと気がつかないだけ、 彼は真剣にがんばってるよぉー、と思った。 清掃に入ってもらうために、毎日、 朝10時〜１５時まで部屋を空けておく必要が あったけど、アメニティの補充とか不要だったので 「交換不要です、タオルだけ交換要」って、メモに 書いて洗面所に置いておいたら、ちゃんと その様にしてくれてありました。 それから朝食！ 滞在中、毎日こちらで朝食を頂きました。 オシャンティーなカフェで、地元でも人気店の様。 宿泊客じゃなくても、モーニングを楽しめます。 宿泊した連休の天気の良い日など、長蛇の列が 出来ていて、ぷらっと一人旅のダサい服でウロウロ してたから、私、ここにいていいのか！ ・・って、真剣に思いました。。 他の口コミを拝見して、あまり皆さん指摘して ないことだけど、このホテルには、コインランドリーの サービスがあります。 これもホテルを選択する決め手になったひとつで、 滞在中に洗濯出来るとなると、衣類を何着も持参 しなくて良かったので荷物が減って快適でした。 さて、わざわざ、写真を撮ってアップしておきましたけど、 フロントで洗剤が50円で売ってます。 でもたぶん、それって粉のタイプの物が１個50円に なると思うんで、自宅から持参した方がうんと安上がり になると思います。 コインランドリーが置いてあるお部屋、 確か４階だったと思うけど、いざ洗濯機に 洗濯物を投入しても、フロントまでエレベーター 乗って買いに行くのも面倒だし、使用する 予定がある際は、多少面倒でも自宅から持参 していった方が良いと思います。 あと、門限ですが深夜１時まではフロントに人が 在中していて、それ以降はインターホンで呼び出して 開けてもらう感じになります。 こんな感じで、総じて大変快適で安心して過ごせました。 広島に行く際は、また行ってみたいと思います。

A really nice modern hotel with clean and stylish rooms although rather compact. Breakfast had a nice selection of Japanese and Western options. The Riverside cafe was still closed following Covid however the hotel is a short walk to Hiroshima Train Station which has a wonderful food hall and there's a Family Mart down the street. Shukkeien Gardens is close by and worth a visit. Service and staff great. Will definitely stay here again.

My family of four (2 adults and 2 teens, age 16+) wanted to experience a capsule hotel in Japan. Our one night in Hiroshima seemed like the perfect opportunity, especially since this hotel gets such good reviews. We are all tall (up to 6' 4”). So I worried if it would be comfortable, but none of us had a problem with the length. My daughter and I stayed on the women's floor, while my husband and son stayed on the men's floor. We each had our own premium capsule. None of us minded getting a little time to ourselves after traveling together for a week... And it's SO quiet. Overall I loved the experience and would recommend it. However, my husband and I both thought that our beds - basically a pad on a hard surface - were too uncomfortable to get a good night's sleep. Our teens thought their beds were fine.

Breakfast buffet at extra cost 2400Y. *recommended is to visit Miyajima, within an hour by train and ferry.
