PPengguna TetamuConvenient.. just next to JR station. Walkable distance, within 3 mins. Perfect location if you are bringing a huge suitcase with you. Staff can speak English, don’t have to worry about communicating. Food are great too in the hotel, and many good restaurants at the JR station. Overall is clean, just the hotel maybe some ages.

BBrock.DownsWe had a fantastic stay here while exploring the beautiful city of Hiroshima. The check-in process was smooth and effortless. The hotel's location is very convenient, offering easy access to popular city attractions. Our room was comfortable and provided a stunning view of the city. A unique touch was being given coins to buy drinks or desserts at the bar on the 14th floor. We highly recommend The Knot Hiroshima for its excellent service, great amenities, and perfect location!

TTravelNettIt was our first time staying at this hotel and we were very satisfied with it. It is strategically located near the JR Hiroshima station, just a 5min walk from the nearest exit. The hotel is also very near the street car station (just behind the hotel) which we used it to get to many places in hiroshima easily. There are many malls within the vicinity, with a big Edion mall just opposite the hotel and big camera just about less than 5mins walk away. There's also a Lawson just right downstairs so that you can get any snacks or drinks easily. The room is very clean and isn't very small as expected. We were able to open up our 24inch luggage easily. You can also store your luggage under the bed. The amenities are free for everyone at the reception counter. You'll have to collect it yourself so we collected our 3days supply so we don't have to keep going to reception floor to get it. Overall we are very satisfied with our stay and will definitely stay here again if we visit Hiroshima in future.

PPengguna TetamuFantastic hotel, opened just 9 months ago, still smells new. Located 10 minute bus trip from Hiroshima station and 15 minute walk from the peace museum/park. Stayed in beautiful one bedroom suite on 21st floor (second highest). Great view of the city through panoramic windows. Staff very friendly, engaging in small talk, specially when they see you are wait for example at the reception. Great breakfast choice, egg station. You can order to table some extra drinks like mango juice and waffles. Executive lounge located on 22nd floor, also great views. Lounge looking nice, with tables quite cramped. As far as food is concerned, I think one of the best Hilton lounges I recall. Choice of number of small sandwiches, cheese, cold meats, salads, beef stew, sweets etc. Swimming pool, dry sauna and large jacuzzi available.

PPengguna TetamuLove this hotel - we have stayed here several times on trips to Hiroshima and it's always great value for money for a family of four. The multi-lingual staff are amazingly polite and helpful. The views from the room were once again absolutely spectacular. Last time we looked right over Hiroshima castle. This time we woke up to sunrise over Hiroshima bay. Would 100% recommend for a family of four like ours. The parking (Hiroshima Credo Motomachi) can be a little tricky to find - there are some good videos on youtuibe that show how to get to the entrance.

PPengguna TetamuOddly, the hotel is ‘upside down’ - the lobby is on the top floor, and after using the machines to check in, we went down in the lift to get to our room. Nice room, a good size; the only of the four hotels that we stayed in where we could walk on both sides of the bed! Even had a sofa that we could relax on. A comfortable bed. A very relaxing room for our stay. There was a very nice laundry room with three washing machines, an ice machine, two microwave ovens and a couple of drinks dispensers. Even though there are lots of tourists, we could find no English language programmes on the television. Very convenient for the railway station, but it was about a 30 minute walk to the Atomic Bomb Dome and Peace Park. However, being more remote, it was a quiet area. The breakfast was acceptable, not extensive, but sufficient. We did the check-out on the television in the room, left the door keys in the room, and left the hotel. Very efficient, a great system. We enjoyed our stay, and recommend this hotel.

PPengguna TetamuAbout 10 mins walk from Hiroshima station. I stayed in the twin room and it’s possible to open 2 big luggages with some creativity. The pictures of the big onsen are from the male onsen. The female onsen is much smaller and with only 2 wash stations… and the wash stations have no partitions. Just gotta time your baths well. The hotel does not offer Yamato so you gotta take a trek to a convenience store or the actual Yamato store which is about 10 mins away on foot. One of the staff’s attitude was pretty harsh and put her hand out to stop us when we tried to take some amenities form the amenities bar upon check in. Perhaps a simple polite explanation (or maybe just let your guests have extra amenities?) would suffice. There are pretty nice izakayas a short walk away and a laundromat just across the street. Okay for a short stay if you value a laundromat nearby.

В коридоре прямо у комнаты находится колонка, откуда играет музыка всю ночь, хоть и негромко, но всё же. Окно улучшенного номера выходит на стену. Туалетная бумага достается от предыдущего жильца, сколько осталось)). Шампунь/гель/мыло - тоже. Не очень чистые чашки в номере. Девушки на ресепшн ничего не объясняют, до всего приходится домысливать самой. Что, например, туалетных принадлежностей нет в номере и нужно их набирать в холле. Не рассказали про завтрак, сколько стоит. Отличное местоположение, Мемориальный парк, можно сказать, прямо за углом. Рядом много коньини и ресторанчиков. Остановка автобуса от станции Хиросима тоже находится рядом.

PPengguna Tetamu広島駅からは路面電車で20〜30分かかるので少し遠い感じはありますが、最寄りの電停からは近いです。部屋の設備はよく、文句なしです。特に、一部屋ごとに電子レンジがあるのはいいですね。小さなことですが、冷蔵庫でグラスが冷やしてあるのも、ビール呑む者には嬉しい。

SSarah H.Location ok, near the tramway, but not the nicest street. The room is very hot, uncomfortable and tiny. And it’s not exactly 2 beds. There’s one double bed and then there’s a very high and uncomfortable stepladder to reach a mattress that is very close to the ceiling. The staff doesn’t speak any English and we had to use Google translation with everyone. We were given the wrong room at first and waited 40 minutes to check-in. The woman didn’t know we had already paid for the room. Then the next day, we asked to leave our luggage before taking the train which they agreed to. And when we returned to gather them, they said they would charge us for this service as we were away for more than an hour. The staff wasn’t very cooperative or nice and wouldn’t let us leave. There is no sign or explanation anywhere about the fact that leaving your luggage is not free. It’s not written anywhere.
