We recently returned from a 10 night stay at the Tui Blue Grand Azur. We had a brilliant time and could not speak more highly of the staff and their efforts to enhance our stay. In particular the bar staff, Sefkan, Dogan and Atilla ensured the drinks and service were served to an outstanding standard each and every day. They were friendly and professional but ensured we had a great time too! My only hesitation would be the drinks and the strength of the alcohol used on the all inclusive drinks. The entertainment team provided lots of fantastic activities throughout the day and kept us busy with the daily programme of darts, aqua aerobics, volleyball, water polo, table tennis and many more! A special shoutout to Simbad and Sedat who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The food was amazing in the all inclusive restaurant and chefs were always very considerate and helpful, eg if there was a sauce you wanted / more of something they would always be happy to get it for you. Staff in the restaurant were extremely accommodating and always went out their way to find you a table upon request. A special mention for the young trainee Mirac who made our stay extra special and always met our needs each day! Sunbeds were fantastic and loved the 9am rule - you can reserve a bed before 9am but must stay at it or the staff will come and remove towels (I went down each morning at 10 to 9 and could choose from pretty much any bed no problem, past 9am your beds are safe for the day). The staff mentioned in this post are an asset to the hotel and really made our stay a holiday to remember. Would definitely return!

We stayed for a week at the hotel. The food was excellent apart from the breakfast which was average. We had some lovely meals. The pool and hotel are right on the beach front so easy accessible. Plenty of sun loungers on the beach and by the pool. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and our room was overlooking the pool so had a lovely outlook. We had entertainment for a couple of nights or music. The bar was well stocked as described and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I spent a wonderful week here in early May and couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay. Mehmet and the team were wonderfully attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms (we had a sea view) were clean, comfortable and spacious, and fully equipped – whilst we would have preferred not to use it, the large screen TV came in handy when it rained on the day of the Coronation, so we watched the BBC coverage! It’s a short walk into town, where there are beach bars and restaurants including the sister bar – Pilos Beach – which is also recommended, but if you want to laze around at the hotel, there are 2 pools and a relaxing atmosphere or a tennis court and a gym for the more active types. And I couldn’t leave a review without mentioning the breakfast. There was something for everyone - the usual cereals and pastries, Turkish specialities, including several types of honey, fruit, salamis, fresh juice – you name it, it was there. I recommend having the omelette too – so fluffy! We rarely had to have lunch!! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Pilos and highly recommend it

We just had dinner in the Asli Hotel and from the minute we walked in, the service was fantastic, the staff were friendly and listened to what we asked as my sister has an allergy, Now to the food, all I can say is this food was top notch, very very tasty and plentiful. Clean plate says it all. The restraunt and hotel is spotless and I am definately coming back for food, and we are ooking at booking this beautiful hotel,right next to the beach next year. This is a gem of a hotel and restraunt xx

Relaxing hotel , Nice sitting in the bar area chilled out. Rooms are big, stayed in superior suite,would say more like a Spanish 3 star, balcony is only small but again loved it Staff are really friendly , you do need to ask if you want your room moped out but the cleaner was only to happy to do this when asked. The Turkish breakfast was very good and they do a great porridge All in all I would say value for the money. P s the pool was good could always get a sun lounger

I am currently staying at this hotel, and I must say that it left me with mixed feelings. On one hand, the design and ambiance of the hotel were simply breathtaking. The sophistication and beauty of the rooms were in perfect harmony with the surrounding environment, creating a truly immersive experience. The location, too, was unparalleled, and the hotel made the best use of its prime position. However, despite these positives, I couldn't help but feel disappointed by the service provided by the staff. Communication between the hotel staff and guests was noticeably lacking. Important updates and events were only announced on Instagram, leaving many staff members uninformed about the happenings within the hotel. This lack of coordination resulted in confusion and frustration as we found ourselves unaware of available amenities or the current menu offerings. One of the major drawbacks was the disinterest shown by the staff towards the guests. While the hotel was exclusively for adults, the adjacent beach seemed to attract people from all over, which impacted the serene and exclusive atmosphere. To add to the disappointment, the hotel staff paid little attention to the beachgoers, appearing disengaged and uninterested in catering to their needs. It was disheartening to observe the lack of personal touch and genuine care that should be expected from a luxury establishment. The music experience at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the pool area offered a perfect and relaxing musical backdrop, the beach area suffered from inconsistencies. On some days, loud disco music with heavy bass blared as early as 8:00 in the morning, disrupting any hopes of tranquility. On other days, pleasant and soothing summery tunes would play, befitting a 5-star relaxation haven. This inconsistency in the musical atmosphere added to the overall inconsistency of the hotel's identity. It is evident that a considerable amount of thought had been put into the hotel's design, but unfortunately, the same level of consideration does not seem to extend to defining what the hotel truly wants to be. Moreover, it is apparent that minimal effort had been invested in training the staff adequately, resulting in a lackluster guest experience. In conclusion, this hotel possesses the potential to be one of the world's finest, thanks to its exceptional location and captivating design. However, it falls short due to poor management and the disruptive activities of neighboring establishments. While I genuinely wanted to love this hotel, the issues with service, communication, and inconsistency left me feeling unsatisfied. With some improvements in management and a focus on training and coordination, this hotel could truly become a world-class destination.

Bayram tatili için arkadaşlarımızla birlikte geldik ve 10 gün kaldık. Biz ( 2 yetişkin+ 4 yaşında çocuk) apartta kalmayı tercih ettik, aparatlar küçüktü ama yeni ve temizdi. Sezonun yeni başlıyor olma sı sebebiyle odayla ilgili bazı teknik aksaklıklar yaşadık ama bunlar işle**e tarafından güleryüzle ve hızla halledildi. Kahvaltıyı oldukça başarılı bulduk yeterli ve kaliteli ürünler kullanılıyor ( biz çer çöp yemeği sevmeyiz, yani burada da ne idüğü belirsiz şarküterilerle dolu bir kahvaltı bulamazsınız) biz gittiğimizde sezon tam açılmadığı ve otelin menüsü yenilendiği için yemek konusunda planlama henüz tam oturmamış gibiydi ama lezzet konusunda oldukça başarılı diyebilirim. Plajda şezlong ve şemsiyeler konforlu, deniz zaten pırıl pırıl ama taşlık, deniz ayakkabısı gerekir. Güzel, küçük bir barı var barda Bade ve Özkan’ın hazırladığı kokteyleri oldukça başarılı bulduk buralarda daha iyisi var mıdır bilmiyorum. Hepsinden önemlisi burada kibar, mesafeli, çözüm odaklı, güleryüzlü bir işle**e sahibi ve çalışanlar var. Aydın, Veysel, Nihat Beylere ve adını unuttuğum herkese teşekkürler.

We stayed for few nights. The price was lower than average hotel in Marmaris. Lets start with benefits: 1. Very good location - close to bat street and Marina, plus convenient way from Bazar. 2. Nice and polite staff 3. Apartment consists of 2 rooms and a balcony - large space 4. Bathroom was clean and comfy, with clean towels 5. Pool is present and nice, a bit messy but in general ok 6.There was basic filling in the kitchen - pot, pan, cups, plates, silver. 7. Fridge was present and, what is important, was working once we were out of room. I notices some of hotels completely shut down all the power outlets once you are out. 8. Classy, simple but nice turkish breakfast Now lets go to things that lowered our experience: 1. AC is present only in bedroom, the kitchen/living room is noticably hotter, plus the ac itself blows straight to bed, thats why the whole stay it was covered by blanket, plus there was no remote. 2. The teapot almost hit me with electricity, the cable of hot panel is also dangerous. After incident didn't use pot at all 3. The curtains are pretty thin so it may bother sensitive people in the morning, we meet the sun as windows were to the east. 4. Internet, the worst part and a reason to move out. Internet was absent in the room, if you dont have local sim card this is a punishment. Internet was working on the ground level in the breakfast area and by the pool, in the room the only spot i could barely get connection was, pardon me, toilet.
