Old fashioned , inadequate staff , poor maintenance- the spa and pool area was unserviced and not regularly cleaned Part of the facilities in the room were not working - hairdryer , phone to connect with reception Too high price for the value

Overrated hotel! Would never recommend it! It is extremely dark inside the rooms, as well as the restaurant and the stairs as well! For a 3 day stay we have witnessed accidents with two people / falling/ on dark, unlighted stairs. One of the stairs in the restaurant/ the only way to the toilets/ and the other on the way to the spa center. The outside /the only one available/ parking is so dark in the evening, that it takes time to recognize and find your car. The food does not meet the standards at all. The service, especially on New Years Eve, was very poor, even rude sometimes. The waitress was chewing food, while serving and rudely pushing people in order to make her way to the table! No vegan and gluten-free options included in the menu. For a 3 day stay, no one ever entered the room for cleaning! We could easily hear all the noise and conversations from the other rooms! Do not wear high heels in this hotel, unless you want to end up with a broken ankle, because the flooring is mostly made of river rocks.When you pay 750€ for a 3 day stay, you’ve got quite different expectations!

This is not a four-star spa resort. Stay away! - extremely rude women staff at reception - poor hotel facilities - DeLuxe room had TV covered in duct tape! Weak wifi so no Internet in the room. Dirty and stained sofa upholstery and bed covers. - terrible coffee and breakfast quality overall was below average for 4 stars - expected to have a couple of free water bottles daily in the room, not just because this is the standard in lower star hotels these days but because there is water everywhere in Hissar! Surely, you could attempt to delight your customers a bit. - DeLux spa facilities not worth it at all - dingy underground room with tiny swimming pool which had so much chlorine that hands got allergic reaction! “Roman” bath is just a tiny dark steam room; adventure showers are just two ordinary showers; etc. - Far too expensive for poor quality of Spa service and zero customer service. Staff did their best to ruin our vacation with their lack of care and competency. We left early.

I was there for 2 nights between the 13-15th of February, ITS AWFUL! We go to the restaurant and there is a really small choice, also we booked a massage they was rude, the lady was also rude. Didn't ask if we have an allergy towards the creams. They cut my massage short, i paid for a full massage and cut it short, can’t talk basic english. Really hard to speak to them, we tried to complain about the massage nobody cared. The rooms was disgusting , didn’t clean the room after the first night. Can’t even make a bed. You had to ask for clean towels etc.. the lobby bar on the valentine day was shut even though it was the busy day, had to go to restaurant to get drinks. RUDE SERVICE! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! WE PAID FOR NOTHING!

Tous nos souhaits relatifs à la chambre deluxe ont été satisfaits. La literie est confortable et la vue magnifique. Notre chambre était très propre. Le personnel à l’accueil, au spa, au restaurant et entretien sont très pros. Mention spéciale pour les masseurs qui sont des physiothérapeutes ou diplômés paramédicaux. Les piscines sont nombreuses, dont une à l’eau minérale non traitée et les deux extérieures en fonctionnement hors saison sont chauffées. Le parc paysager aux belles sculptures, la proximité de la source, les montagnes environnantes et les nombreux oiseaux, rendent cet endroit très ressourçant. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et ne comprends pas trop les mauvais commentaires, qui m’avaient fait douter avant d’arriver.
