MM250523****This hotel is a hidden gem! It was my favorite resort during this trip to Beijing. I got a great deal in the off-season! The entire staff provided excellent service; from the moment I checked in, I felt right at home. The front desk was very professional, and the F&B staff were incredibly attentive. After checking in, they even turned on the humidifier for us. The concierge took us on a tour of the gardens to watch the sunset, and the next day, they gave us complimentary tickets to the botanical garden. The room was bathed in warm sunlight, so comfortable that I didn't want to leave. My only regret is that all the autumn leaves had already been blown away by the wind, leaving the trees bare in winter. I hope to come back next October to enjoy the fall foliage! 🍁

MM40413****The quadrangle courtyard has a very strong positive vibe, and the scenery is beautiful. The Ming and Qing dynasty architecture really captures the essence of old Beijing. What I liked most was the private butler, Danika, who provided thoughtful service; even the kids loved her. Breakfast can be delivered to the room, which was an absolute treat. The room was spacious, giving the children plenty of room to play, and they could also enjoy the courtyard. Danika helped us with our luggage and thoughtfully prepared sun hats for the children, which were incredibly practical. Five-star recommendation!!!

GGuest UserI brought my parents and children to Changping for two days during the Qingming Festival. This hotel was collected before. The room price is affordable, and it feels that there are not many guests staying. The standard room is much larger than the king-size bed room, the refrigerator has free drinks, and the room service is enthusiastic. Facilities: slightly old, the mattress and pillow are soft, not very friendly to people with bad cervical vertebrae and spine. There is a fault in the reading light, and the shower head leaks water, resulting in insufficient water pressure. The toilet has a serious odor. The toilet has a smart toilet seat. The free area on TV has rich resources. Environment: There is construction opposite the hotel, and parking at the roadside at the entrance of the hotel will not be ticketed. There is also a humming sound of construction at night. Restaurant: Cantonese restaurant is highly recommended, the breakfast buffet included in the room is exquisite and rich, and it is free for children under 12 years old. On the first night, Dianping Group ordered a meal for 4 people. There were examples of dishes and soups that were very upscale. The pig intestines and beef were very delicious. The chef won an award in 2024. The green beans are a bit bitter.

AAnonymous UserEverything was good, but the room wasn't cleaned very thoroughly; there was still an old plane ticket from a previous guest on the floor. The bed and bathroom were cleaned properly, though. Just to mention a few minor downsides: the air conditioning couldn't be controlled, and the low ceiling made the room feel a bit cramped, plus the overall space was a bit small. These issues weren't major, however. The location is excellent, all staff members provided great service, and the hotel has a historical charm that adds to its appeal. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to explore it, but I heard from the front desk that you can visit even if you're not staying there, haha. I'd definitely come back given the chance; I really love places with a built-in backstory like this one!
