Hotel berhampiran Hoa Sen University, Ho Chi Minh City

Hotel ini tidak kuno, biliknya sangat kecil, katilnya bertentang dengan dinding di kedua-dua belah pihak, menyusahkan dua orang untuk naik dan turun, peralatan tempat tidur juga sangat lama, dan TV adalah lama- TV fesyen yang dipasang di dinding lebih daripada sepuluh inci, yang tidak boleh ditonton langsung. Apabila saya menempah bilik, saya melihat bahawa ia baru diubahsuai pada tahun 2023. Selepas membuat tempahan, saya melihat bahawa ia tidak berlaku sama sekali semasa saya tiba. Mungkin tingkat tiga baru diubah suai. Saya menempah suite seluas 30 meter persegi dengan harga 250 yuan Apabila saya sampai di sana, saya diberikan bilik yang sangat kecil Ia adalah dua katil bujang yang menjadi katil double. Terdapat sedikit ruang untuk duduk saya pada hari ketiga saya berpindah ke rumah baru, yang nampaknya lebih besar sedikit daripada yang sebelumnya, tetapi saya masih merasakan ia bukan 30 meter persegi. Selepas masuk, saya mendapati bahawa cerek itu rosak dan tidak mempunyai tapak, jadi saya terpaksa menggantikan dua untuk menyelesaikannya, jadi kakitangan menurunkannya dan menggantikannya dengan TV lain menontonnya selepas meletakkannya selepas dua atau tiga jam bekerja, saya tidak dapat memperbaikinya, dan kemudian saya benar-benar letih, jadi saya meminta kakitangan pergi dan berhenti menonton TV. Pengalaman itu sangat buruk dan tidak menyenangkan.

We were greeted upon arrival by the staff who were lovely and provided us with welcome drinks. The check in process was smooth however our room was not ready so we were unable to check in. They kept our luggage for us and we went and sat by the pool. Don't be fooled by the pictures of the pool it is actually extremely small with only 6 sunbeds around the actual pool area. Half of the pool is under the shade. There is another terrace upstairs with sunbeds but you are away from the pool and some parts shaded. We stayed in a family suite which was extremely spacious and clean. The breakfast had a good selection and catered to everyone there. The location is roughly around a 10 minute walk from Bui Vein Walking street which isn't too bad once you navigate the traffic. Due to the size of Ho Chi Minh it is extremely difficult to get your bearings especially if you are only staying a few days. Overall I would stay in this hotel again.

Booked Nicecy Boutique because its near ben thanh market and the 'malaysian street' - like just few minutes away . For muslims especially that want to find a hotel that is nearby halal foods, Nicecy is a convenient and nice hotel to choose(you dont have to choose a hotel that is directly opposite the halal foods area but instead, just few minutes walk if you choose any hotel that is outside the street) However, we do need to take few steps up the stairs to enter the hotel but it is still recommendable, even for elderly(except those with difficulty to climb up) I booked this room for the space, based on the photo but in actual, its slightly smaller but its still spacious for 2 paxs though . The suite is clean and have almost everything in the room except iron board(i didnt need it anyway so its not a problem during this trip) The bathroom is complete with full toiletries too . We can also watch netflix via our own acct . We couldnt find the 'do not disturb' sign, hence the housekeeper came everyday to clean and topup the necessary . They changed the towels everyday too . Appreciate it actually . 👍 My booking came with breakfast, however i managed to dropby once due to busy schedule . The breakfast is a non-halal concept but you can still have simple breakfast of bread, cereal and such but you can skip the breakfast option in your booking if you think its not worth . The reception staffs can speak english well so do not have to worry if you have anything to enquire . They are friendly and helpful too . 👍 Overall, its a wonderful experience here . I have booked a VIP room costed about SGD 100 per nite for 2 nites. The photo shows a jacuzzi in the room! Upon check-in the room, I found the room a bit dark with dark walls, even with the curtains of the doors to the balcony opened. I have to repaired the right bedside light to make it lit. The TV remote has run out of batteries & the hair dryer is not working. I have to ask the house keeping to change it. The room is spacious with a outdoor balcony for smokers, as there is an ashtray there despite of my booking request for a non-smoking room. The balcony is facing a white wall of the next building!?! So no nice view from the balcony. Double basins are good but the jacuzzi is not working! Just treat it as an oversized bathtub. Feedback to the front counter & the answer is all jacuzzis in the hotel are all not working!?! This should be stated at the point of booking. I felt like being scammed to book a non-working jacuzzi VIP room! There are no face towels, just a medium sized towel & 2 large bath towels. The white floor towel is already stained & wet when I checked in. The aircon is weak even I have set it to full blast. However, the room is quiet without the infamous Vietnam traffic noise. There is no nite light leading to the bathroom in the nite, I have to switch on & off the lights when using it during sleep. The toilet bowl is located in the dark corner without lights. Do avoid throwing toilet paper into the bowl which would choked it. I learn it the hard way! The digital lock of the door sometimes refuses to lock. So do check if the door is lock when going out. The location of the hotel is perfect facing the famous Ben Thanh market. Shopping, eating & money changing are not a problem. There’s is a pharmacy in the left of the hotel & jewellers at the right for money changing. Most jewellers are unofficial moneychangers. This would be my first & last stay with this hotel,as there are plenty of other hotels nearby if I wanted to stay near the Ben Thanh market for my future trips. I do not mind paying but do not scam me.

After two nights in the Roseland Corp Hotel I just don’t know where to start describing this horrible experience as everything - the service, the rooms, the prices - was just so, so bad. So I just start at the beginning: We arrived on a Thursday. Arranging a pick-up from the airport was surprisingly complicated, it took several mails with the service manager for no reason but in the end there was a quite unfriendly driver waiting for us at the gate. They charged us 750.000 Dong which is way above the common taxi-rate (150.000 Dong). When we arrived at the hotel they charged my credit card for the room - twice. As the woman at the front desk didn’t understand English that well, it was quite complicated to convince her of her mistake and get the money back. The Roseland Corp hotel has an impressive entrance area. It’s nice, really. But unfortunately this doesn’t translate to the rooms. They are terrible, probably furnished in the 80s and not renewed since. They have whirlpool bathtubs made of plastic, lots of wood in the room, curtains that haven’t been washed for ages, and you can hear everything that is going on outside of your room. The first room we got smelled like cold cigarette smoke. I complained and they upgraded us to a bigger room (after we looked at a series of rooms, one of them still in use by a paying guest). But even the upgraded room was by far worse then everything we have seen in Vietnam. I wanted to cancel the whole reservation but they wouldn’t let us go. Instead they promised us the best room of the hotel the next day and we stayed. The first night was terrible. The bed had a very, very old and thus noisy spring mattress. The slightest movement made a noise. The walls and curtains had stains all over it. There’s no constant hot water, I had a cold shower in the morning. Shower and toilet happened to make weird unexpected noises. The best room in the hotel was basically the same as before but with a better view and a less noisy mattress. At this point I was ready to drink on that but unfortunately all the mini bar contained was two bottles of water. Breakfast was…well, let’s not talk about it. All of this would have been okay somehow if this hotel wasn’t so pricey. It’s like paying for a filet mignon and getting McDonalds Cheesburger. When we checked out the woman at the front desk (the same who messed up the payment) kindly asked us to sit and wait in the entrance area so she can check if everything is okay. We waited five, ten, fifteen minutes and nothing happened. When we asked her if everything was okay, she was surprised to see that we are still there. Yes, everything okay, she said. I can’t say the same. P.S.: Neil, the doorman, was the only exception to this experience. You are great, man! Please find a new employer.

we verbleven 3 nachten in Roseland centa hotel. Mooie en comfortabele kamers , uitgebreid ontbijtbufet, goede ligging. De grootste troef van dit hotel is het onthaalpersoneel. Zij doen alles wat in hun mogelijkheden ligt om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Bijvoorbeeld; Long raadde ons aan om naar het vuurwerk te gaan kijken vanop het dak van Roseland Sweet Hotel en reserveerde ons een VIP tafel, we vroegen 2 extra hoofdkussens en die werden in een oogwenk gebracht, … Speciale dank aan Long, Niran en Tai.

A good location apartment that's clean and tidy with all facilities and appliances suitable for short or long stay. Good city view. And there is a 24/7 convenient store next to entrance. Superb customer services as well. Definitely will check in again for my next trip.

The room is very beautiful. The blanket and mattress are very fragrant, sleep is very good and comfortable. I really like this room

Staying at this hotel was a delight. The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the staff are genuinely caring and attentive. My room was not only comfortable but also impeccably clean, with a great view. The breakfast options were plentiful and catered to various dietary needs, which I appreciated. The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to nearby attractions, and the public transportation connections are excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The room appeared good as should be expected but the free breakfast disappointing. Only 2 choices. Beef or chicken Pho. Coffee un drinkable. On closer inspection in better lighting, there were water leaks and stains on the walls and the shower needed siliconing replaced due to mould. Safe did not work either Compared to Australia and what you would get for $60AU, reasonable value for money. Better quality room than Le Saigon around the corner.
