Hotel is relatively close to the airport. Staff are nice. Room's size is decent, comfortable bed. The room didn't appear to have been cleaned thoroughly before check in though (the area below the coffee table was dusty and there's rubbish). It's also not very sound proof so you can hear downstairs noise from level 2.

The stay was overall fine and reasonably priced, but the soundproofing was very poor. It’s not easy to reach by public transport, so it’s better to go by Grab. The noise from doors opening and closing on every floor was very loud, and at night it was easy to get startled awake, making it hard to sleep well—unless you use earplugs.

This Hotel HATES Hospitality. The staff is really rude and unfriendly. I don't know who trained them, but they need for sure another lesson. Khách Sạn Này GHÉT Lòng Hiếu Khách. Nhân viên thực sự thô lỗ và không thân thiện. Tôi không biết ai đã huấn luyện họ, nhưng chắc chắn họ cần một bài học khác.

Simple room just for sleeping if travelling short trip and solo. Budget cost saving. can't expect more

Near by airport and the price still reasonable The room is big and so clean the staff is so nice too If you want to go to main city it’s a little far but you can use another app to get the bike or car online which is not really pricey For all it’s really good and wanna come back again when I visit Vietnam again 😊

we arrived early for a check-in and staff was great, told us we couldnt go to the rooms but took our luggage while we went out. Later in the afternoon I returned and the two staff members (new) had no idea how to help me, despite using a translator to explain myself. Seemed common sense that I wanted my room key. Otherwise, quiet and reasonably convenient to airport. Very clean, comfy bed.
