Clean, private, new, good design, nice gym and good laundry if I have chance I will come back to stay there again

While the Service was great, the location was about a 20minutes drive from the city center. Room wise while spacious, the room lacks soundproofing which was a major challenge for us as we could not fall asleep even at 12am as the room was located right beside the junction.

Hotel is just great . They have everything you need for pleasant stay in the hotel . It’s very clean and comfortable,they clean the rooms every 2 days . On the reception you can get a coffee and tea every morning for free . Receptionists are very helpful and polite . Location is also super convenient . With grab you can move around the center to any location for approximately 10-15min .

The room for first night was not same as pic they post. Studio with window type. I complain, they said thats the room is exactly the room i booked that make me very annoyed (see pic and evaluate by yourself) I suggest them to post this room pic to trip.com too because its not fair for travelers. What i see not what i got. And move to room as “pic they post”and “what i booked” for second and third night.

It was a very comfortable and memorable stay! The receptionist, Hieu, was very helpful, friendly, and always had the best customer service. Even though I arrived two hours earlier than check-in time, he allowed me to check in and even upgraded my room for free. I loved the cleanliness of the entire hotel and the chic decor of the rooms. I lost something and the staff found it for me, which was also very appreciated. I can't complain about the laundry, shared kitchen, and co-working space for free. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Ho Chi Minh. Thank you very much!

Definitely coming back! I booked the city view room and the size is great, everything in the room is clean and spot on! And the beddings smell so good! The shampoo too!

This hotel just open 1 week ago & it's under the M Village management (I used to stayed in the M Village - Pham Ngu Lao branch too) From Bui Vien street to reach here was around 1,5 KM by walk, the room & the facilities inside of it was quite completed (even provide the sofa, freezer, hair dryer, iron) the laundry at the Ground floor also can use by own (just like my experience I met when travelled in China) At the 5th floor also have the rooftop garden (hope open it soon) The door's room was the new design & can insert the code (hope upgrade it in the future) so can say the security is very well maintained. Thanks to the receptionist under the name "Alice Tran" who's really professional of her all services (she also find my nail clipper & contact me directly) really appreciate of it !!!

I had a great stay at Express by M Village Vo Van Kiet. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a wonderful experience—I would definitely stay here again

I loved everything about this place. The room was comfy and stylish. Very clean property and it was great to have access to laundry facilities. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I didn’t know this hotel brand and booked by chance, but since this stay I’ve booked them again in Hanoi.

Avoid staying at this hotel group! I’ve lived in Vietnam for eight years and stayed in thousands of hotels. In Ho Chi Minh City alone, I’ve stayed at this hotel group’s branches over 20 times. However, this particular branch required me to provide a physical passport and visa for check-in, refusing to accept digital copies of my passport as an alternative. Even five-star hotels in Ho Chi Minh City have never demanded original passports or visas. In most cases, a photo of the passport is sufficient. If such a policy does exist, the hotel should notify guests in advance. Had they informed me a day earlier about needing the passport and visa (or photos of them), I could have prepared accordingly. However, without any prior notice, they insisted on these documents when I arrived and maintained a rigid attitude, repeatedly demanding the originals. I explained multiple times to the front desk staff that I did not have a photo of my visa or the original with me. Moreover, their message the day before did not mention this requirement at all. Yet, they ignored my explanation and insisted that these were mandatory for check-in. It was clear that the front desk staff were deliberately making things difficult. What’s even more frustrating is that none of the other branches of this hotel group have ever imposed such requirements. Why is this branch so unreasonable? After five rounds of explanations, they still refused to compromise until I demanded they call the manager to confirm whether this was an official company policy or simply the decision of the front desk staff. This kind of unprofessional and inflexible service is completely unacceptable!

such a good hotel chain staff so helpful and cheerful love the common room downstairs reminds me a bit of university life but really well maintained - clean - happy vibes room is really good for the price just stay here if you are slightly on budget

I have stayed at this hotel for more than a month, and have absolutely enjoyed every moment of it. Rooms are always clean, tidy and neat. Co-working space provides an oasis and space to grab quick meals. Hotel staff especially Alice are all so friendly to the guests and let us feel at home. This is better than a 5 star hotel!

I was super happy in my apartment. Very big, daylight, clean, modern and had everything I needed. The interior is classy and the check in an service worked out perfectly. I would defenitely book it 100times again & recommend it to anyone! Very very happy! P.S. U can even use the garden roof top for a midnight snack. Just very content! Thank you very much!
