The hotel was excellent, with a superb location and very friendly staff. The breakfast spread was fantastic and delicious, especially the coffee which really stood out.

The stay exceeded my expectations. The facilities in the room showed the hotel's thoughtfulness, such as [mention specific details, e.g., high-quality bedding, exquisite furniture, advanced appliances]. What truly stood out was [mention a particularly satisfying facility or service, e.g., the uncrowded and clean pool, professional gym equipment, or the safe and fun kids' club], which really made for a high-quality accommodation experience. Conveniently located a 5 min walk from Bui Vien Street which is famous for its nightlife. There is a nice-looking McDonald’s about a 10 min walk from the hotel. A little further down from the McDonald’s is Ben Thanh Market. The breakfast spread looked sufficient (I had a peek) but I opted to have breakfast at the various cafes around such as L’Usine, Tonkin Specialty Coffee, Roots and The Melbourne Cafe. Definitely take a Grab Bike everywhere even if you’re in a group; it’s cheap, and much quicker than taking a car due to traffic. The pool is long and has a playroom for kids next to it. The restaurant has a playroom too. The powder room on the pool level has a small jacuzzi which was nice. The room itself is comfortable. The toilet is separated from the shower and the floor was pretty cold.

Feedback on Stay Experience (Pullman Saigon Centre) I arrived at the hotel at 9:30 AM, and the bellboy, a friendly 'little胖哥' (chubby guy), greeted me very warmly, which made a great first impression. However, the front desk service was extremely unsatisfactory. I explicitly stated that I did not want a room with the number '4'. The front desk staff then directly used a translator to tell me that the hotel was 'fully booked' and only had rooms with '4' or corner rooms, or I could upgrade for an additional 1100. I found this unacceptable, and she didn't offer any other solutions. When I even suggested canceling my reservation, she replied, 'You can't cancel.' Throughout this, no manager came out to address the issue. I had no choice but to contact Trip.com and waited for a full 90 minutes. Only then did the front desk suddenly announce, 'We have a room that doesn't have a '4' in it,' asking me to make a decision. But by then, I was already waiting for Trip.com to handle it. Eventually, I checked in as per Trip.com's suggestion, but more problems arose after checking in: * The curtains wouldn't close properly. * The carpet looked dirty. * The floor tiles felt sticky underfoot. * There were obvious water stains, soap residue, and even hair in the shower glass. For a five-star hotel, both the room cleanliness and service attitude were far below standard. The entire check-in experience was very disappointing, and I hope the hotel takes this seriously and makes improvements.

Always a wonderful experience coming back here! Not much to complain to be honest. The occasion was our second anniversary, they gave us the corner room and it was a fantastic view. We absolutely loved the breakfast and they do special coffees on request. We will definitely come back again.

The room facilities were average and did not meet the expectations of a five-star hotel. The breakfast was rich and delicious. At night, there was a heavy rainstorm, and the surrounding roads were flooded and didn’t drain, turning the entire hotel into an isolated island.

We had booked a King Executive Room, but the room allotted to us was very small and congested, completely different from what was shown on the hotel’s website. Please find attached both pictures—the one displayed online and the one we were given. This is misleading for clients. I want a refund of the amount. The first picture is shown on their website for Executive king room and 2nd and 3rd picture shows the actaul room alloted to us with NO SPACE to walk also.
