I really liked everything! There's a kitchen where I cooked every day. All the necessary utensils are provided. The washing machine is very easy to use. Shampoo and shower gel are also available. The air conditioning worked very well. I was given a room on a high floor with a beautiful view. There are shops and a pharmacy downstairs. There's a swimming pool on the 7th floor! Everything is just perfect! The reception staff is also very friendly. I love Vietnam!❤️❤️❤️

The central location is close to major attractions, and the room exceeded expectations. Elegant decor and all the necessary amenities. Reasonable price and quick support.

Though the apartment is in the middle of District 1, it's quiet and calm once you close the door. I spent hours reading on the couch with a fan on and music playing. The space was spotless but straightforward. The host responded within minutes when I asked for extra garbage bags. A noodle shop across the street opens till midnight—lifesaver! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and easy stay.

The apartment was cozy with a soft bed, an air purifier, and ambient lighting. I appreciated the full-length mirror, strong A/C, and well-lit bathroom. The host even included an umbrella and a reusable shopping bag. Great stay from check-in to check-out.

Spacious, modern apartment. Host replied almost instantly and had amazing communication. Swimming pool was very nice, but needed host to check you in to use it

Check-in was smooth via digital code, and the apartment was spotless upon arrival. The kitchen had all the necessary cooking tools, a coffee press, and even a selection of spices. There was a desk for working, a smart TV with Netflix, and a washer-dryer combo. The host provided a local SIM card and tourist guide. We loved the little touches, such as scented candles and slippers.

Location is practical: District 1 is just across the river, and seafood street in D4 is close. Check-in guide had helpful photos so nothing was confusing. The kitchen had what we needed for breakfast. We felt safe with 24/7 security and keycard access. Mini-fridge is quite small—perfect for drinks and fruit only.

Enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was spacious, secure, and well-stocked for cooking and laundry. Very conveniently located near city attractions and markets. The host was responsive and helpful. The only slight downside was the slow elevator sometimes.

Once the door closes, it’s peaceful—great sleep every night. Laundry in the unit is perfect for longer stays 🧺. Clear check-in instructions meant no waiting. We planned each day over tea at the table. Elevator waits at peak times.

It’s an apartment in a block, agent has about 30 under management. Checkin is by meeting your ‘host’ out front who guides you in, arranged via WhatsApp. Nice pool with limited seating and no service (it really is not a hotel) Great cafe next door and easy waking to other food options or easy to get grab to and from at front door.

We found 3 living cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom and check in is not very convenient + it’s not well located ! I don’t recommend the place

 The apartment was bright, well-designed, and fully equipped. The hot water wasn’t working initially, but the host fixed it within 10 minutes. Next to District 1’s location was a huge plus. Highly recommend!
