The Luxe Hotel

The service quality at the hotel was exceptional. Both the hotel staff and security personnel were consistently friendly, attentive, and patient, proactively offering assistance throughout our stay. For example, when we booked a Grab ride, the security staff took the initiative to monitor the vehicle’s license plate and personally opened the car door for us, ensuring our safety and a smooth departure. They also reminded us to be cautious of oncoming traffic when crossing the road, demonstrating genuine concern for guests’ well-being. Additionally, the hotel staff assisted with carrying our luggage up and down the stairs without being prompted. While waiting in the lobby for our Grab ride, we were thoughtfully provided with drinking water, further reflecting their high level of service. The hotel premises were clean, and all facilities were well-maintained and fully functional. Although soundproofing along the corridors could be improved, noise disturbances were minimal and occurred only occasionally around midnight. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and would certainly choose to stay here again when visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

Next to ben thanh market. Breakfast not much options. But they can prepare hot eggs, noodles and ice coffee for you.
