However, it's worth noting that while the view was enjoyable, the overall room quality left something to be desired. The accommodations were functional but lacked some of the modern amenities and attention to detail that would have elevated the experience. The rooms felt somewhat dated and could benefit from renovation or refurbishment to meet the expectations of today's travelers. That being said, if you're looking for a budget-friendly option for a short stay in Saigon, City View Hotel can provide a decent base. The staff members were generally helpful and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process and offering assistance when needed. While the room itself may not be the hotel's strongest point, City View Hotel Saigon compensates with its strategic location and the pleasant city view it offers. Bad . Every thimg is bad High price , so dirty hotel Fridge is not working

Aircon leaking water, poor room…

Great location but very difficult to find as hotel doesn’t come up on google maps. Room is spacious but could use some work as it isn’t very clean so be prepared

My family stayed here for 1 night on February 6, 2023. I have feedback from the hotel staff, They said that because there was no one to clean the room, it was dirty, often there was no one on duty at the front desk, and there was no security for the guests. hotel.Trip.com can send someone to the hotel to check. My family checked out this afternoon to travel to Phu Quoc, so I can't take pictures to send to trip.com

There were problems on check in with the receptionist saying I have no reservation and unable to find it. After half an hour of being told I need to solve problem he found the reservation within his system. Another customer also had similar problem. There is zero customer service. Wi-Fi not working. Used condom wrappers under bed I left after 1 night to another hotel where had no problems I don’t recommend people stay here

Little far from center. No breakfast. For the price, it’s acceptable.

Nice experience in bkk

房間破舊，當時訂了六間房，與店主溝通希望三間是大床房，另外三間是兩張單人床的房間（因為廣告上有寫大床房或兩張單人床可選）。結果店主全給大床房，説如換兩張單人床的房間，每間房要另收20萬的費用。感覺相當不好。不會再住第二次的酒店。服務、設施、環境都不好的酒店。

Khách sạn làm việc quá tệ cho khách nhận phòng nhưng phòng thì chưa dọn còn cả rác trên giường. Hành lang cũng không mở đèn nhìn tối ôm, đường xuống cầu thang thì cũng quá dơ khăn vứt loạn xạ. Mình xin hủy phòng lần đầu thì đổi cho mình phòng thì đổi cho cái phòng n*** cả TiVi cũng mở không lên, trong phòng 1 chai nước suối cũng không có. Mình nhận phòng thứ 2 được tầm 1h xin hủy phòng thì kêu đặt áp không cho hủy nên mình chấp nhận bỏ tiền chứ không muốn ở một khách sạn quá tệ như vậy n*** cả cho 1* cũng thấy tiếc.cũng lấy tiền khách hàng mà làm ăn khó coi quá.

더럽고 시끄럽고 최악 보안도 벌로 직원들 쇼파에 누워디비잠 서비스는 기대도 하지 말자 침대 여성분들은 못잘듯 더럽 생혈 자국도 그대로

昔からあるホテルが名前を変えて再営業したようです。設備は古く、値段相応。シャワーはしっかりお湯が出ました。部屋には蜘蛛の巣も少し。虫や蟻が出て嫌でした。食べ物は部屋に置けません。掃除は宿泊中は無し。ゴミ捨て無し。タオル交換も無かったので、自分で取りに行きました。安宿を探している人なら良いのでは。

衹睡覺休息還行。如果有環境要求別定這個酒店。床上有螞蟻，衞生間也有螞蟻，床單也不乾淨，有潔癖的人千萬別定這個酒店。
