Unexpected gem to find this hotel. We originally booked because it was hard to find a hotel around the New Year holiday, but I'm very pleased to have stayed at the hotel. Loved the room we had, the executive room with a nice walk-in closet and a separate living room. Sauna and steam room, which came in handy. 3 jacuzzis on the rooftop along with the pool. The breakfast in the morning was good. Plenty of options and the pho ga, was very good! Friendly staff and great views from my room of downtown. Executive lounge had nice options for the evening canapes. The only drawback and it's not the hotel's fault, but the hallway in our room smelled of ****. Lots of people smoking in their rooms which is not the hotels fault, but a bit of a turn-off since I don't smoke. Other than that, we would definitely stay again. Worth coming back!

Stay at 2322, floor of the executive lounge Special thanks to the receptionist with black-rimmed glasses. When I use out of hot water to make my own coffee and am going to take the elevator to the 1st floor to get some drink, though just out of the executive lounge’s operation hours, she is very nice to provide the hot coffee to me directly. She is a very caring , polite and keen. Such a employee is a treasure in the retailing business

This is the 2nd times I stay here with my family. And of course they remember me, I love this feeling. Everything in the hotel like new, clean and comfortable, they treat us very well. We are long stay guests, Hotel welcome us with cake and fruit every week. I must say they are very nice to take care for us. Especially the receptionist and manager. I will comeback everytime I been to Ho Chi Minh city.

We have stayed at Athena each time we have been to Saigon for many years now. The location suits us and we always find the staff friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and the breakfast buffet suitable for what we require. The wifi can be a little hit and miss and the hot water does not get that hot but this is hot enough to worry us.

Проживал почти неделю, это аутентичный вьетнамский отель, вайфай работает прекрасно, кровать ровно такая как на фото, но вот слышимость очень сильная, и соседей и улицу. Окно цельное, на первый взгляд не открывается, но сильнее не пробовал дергать, но там сделаны жалюзи, так что воздух свободно циркулирует. Отелем скорее доволен, персонал очень дружелюбный, райончик прикольный.

The room was clean, air cond worked, fan too, window opened onto a noisy street but then you are in District 5 near Chinatown. There was no complimentary bottles of water unless you asked for it. The owner is friendly and bought us breakfast.

It is near Chinatown so it would be a great location for anyone interested in the old Chinese culture from the South of China especially Cantonese culture and food from Hong Kong and the South of China. It is about 10 minutes drive from the centre of the city. The people working at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to Asian travellers and people interested in Chinese cultures who want to stay a little away from the touristic areas of Ho Chi Minh city.
