KKekeThe hotel is just a two-minute walk from Ben Thanh Market, and there's a popular pho restaurant nearby. However, the surrounding area is quite noisy. The hotel service, on the other hand, was excellent. A special thanks to the bellboy at the back entrance who even helped us call our airport transfer driver. The hotel design has a bit of a 'cave-like' style, and the shower had good water pressure. It was also clean and hygienic.

MMingwei_The front desk staff were quite nice and tried their best to help us with an early check-in. There's an ATM and a supermarket nearby, which is convenient. However, traffic in Vietnam can be quite congested, so be prepared for potential delays if you're taking a taxi. The hotel service was good, and while breakfast was just okay, the service and the views were excellent.

 Aska. On the second day, we switched to a double room, and it was significantly better than the first one – much more spacious, with great amenities and a higher standard overall. I was very satisfied. However, the hotel's prices are generally on the higher side, and I hope they can improve this. The location and the buffet were absolutely fantastic. We also happened to visit during Christmas, and the atmosphere was wonderful!

Sshz2001Very nice stay in the biggest building of Vietnam. The staff is helpful, however it should be noted that you should not go to the main reception in the building. When you arrive, you should either call or message the hotel. They will then send their staff-team to help you, where you will get a card to the room and the code to the door. The hotel is very modern, with security 24/7, so it is great for safe stays and people who like greats views. However, it should be noted that daily cleaning is not done on the hotel. Communication in general can be done through WhatsApp or Trip.com. For me I was kinda shocked that I could not enter the elevator area in the lobby with the card alone, it requires fingerprint from one of the staff. That is why you must message the staff, when using the elevator from the lobby. They will arrive quickly, when messaging. However when you are in the elevator area after getting through the elevator gate , you simply just tap your hotel card and it will get you to the floor where your hotel is located. I give the hotel 5-stars since I had no problems on my stay, and the price was really good for what I got!

BBoluBellaGreat location close to everywhere, but they closed the road on wkends so we had to dragged our suitcases as we were dropped off at near by streets. Service just was not that great. Not at the level where they are supposed to be. Room wasnt cleaned despite i put the sign out on my first night. Although they did the night after. My extra bed was removed on second night & whn i complained, instead of apologising they told us to move to another room. How could they just expect us to pack and unpack because of their own mistake. We refused and they finally sent the bed back to the room.

The service provided by all the staff was outstanding—everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel itself is very conveniently located. It’s within walking distance of many popular tourist attractions, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Whether you’re heading to Ben Thanh Market, the War Remnants Museum, or just strolling around the city center, everything is easily accessible without the need for a taxi or Grab. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I also really enjoyed the breakfast each morning—it offered a good variety of both local and international options, all fresh and delicious. What stood out the most to me was the level of care and hospitality shown by the staff. It made a big difference and contributed to a truly enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City and look forward to staying here again in the future.

CCloe Chih#mhotelsaigon M Hotel Saigon has a very convenient location with lots of shopping and dining options nearby, and getting around is easy with Grab. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the room was about 390 sq ft spacious and comfortable, especially for couples. The open-style bathtub and toilet inside the room added a romantic touch. At night there is a small red-light area nearby, but the neighborhood still felt safe overall. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

GGuest UserIf your finances allow it, it's best not to choose this place. It's just like a private house in China with a few rooms upstairs. It's not very user-friendly, has no windows, and is located in an alley. It's a very bad choice. I gave up decisively when I went up and saw it because I couldn't cancel it. I would rather lose money than compromise.

LLeeShophouse concept. Lower floor is mixed dorm, and upper floors are basically rooms. Room A faces street. Room B faces back alley. Check in and check out was seamless. Host/Staff was very responsive and polite. Location is very good, right in the centre of D1. Walkable distance or less than 5 mins drive to all the tourist attractions. Price of the room was pretty affordable for its location. Considering it was my last minute booking. Room look exactly like the pictures. Forgot to take the picture so I just use the room issue photo 😅. Amenities and kits were provided. Room cleaning definitely need some improvements. Saw some food residues on the floor and its corners. Bed was super hard, and its dented in the centre. Feels like sleeping in shell scrape. TV projector has huge burnt marks and audio is spoilt. Hopefully the room management can maintain it so that the future guest can enjoy it. Plug was faulty as shown in the picture and technician came in 2 days later as quoted. Nonetheless, I will definitely return to this stay if I were to go back Saigon mainly because of the friendly staff and its location. Thank you Zeus Living!
