GGuava GrootThe front desk staff gave a very detailed introduction at check-in, and a bellman helped carry our luggage from the ground floor to the lobby.
In addition to breakfast, the hotel also provides afternoon tea on the 12th floor, which is even available on the day of check out a thoughtful touch for guests waiting for evening flights.
The welcome drink and snacks were lovely and unique.
Our reserved room had a clear view of the lively streets outside Bến Thành Market. The bathroom was well-equipped with bath salts, bathrobes and jacuzzi. All drinks in the minibar were complimentary, and although the hair dryer was not a famous brand, it worked extremely well.
Breakfast was fairly standard, but they also offered an à la carte menu with various Vietnamese specialties.
The hotel’s design and artistic atmosphere are impressive. On the day we checked out, the afternoon tea service even featured a live band performance, which made the experience even more memorable.
Overall, I would love to return and will recommend this hotel to friends visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful stay.

We have the privilege of enjoying the excellent first class services extended to us by the frontline receptionist namely ZEROS @ BONNIE who always greeted us with warm smiles making our stays most pleasant and fulfilling. Also for the attentive services extended to us by the restaurant manager Mr ELVIS who introduced to us the most tasty and aromatic iced coffee which we throughly enjoyed. Thank you for the memorable stay which we will come back again in the near future 👍👍👍

GGuest UserThe night view is absolutely stunning; you can enjoy the city lights right from the living room. Both the TV and WiFi worked perfectly. The kitchen is equipped for light cooking. The building complex felt very safe and secure, which gave us peace of mind. The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get around. With Vincom mall just downstairs, shopping was incredibly convenient. There are plenty of elevators, so waiting times were minimal. The self check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.

RRamir M.Saigon Prince Hotel’s location is the best! The hotel is right infront of Saigon Square and is very close in proximity to the Cafe Apartment. Although, it can be a bit noisy, especially if your room is located facing Saigon Square, due to events that may happen in the Saigon Square, the program usually ends at 10 in the evening which is acceptable for me and my family.

RRaffHotel staff were friendly, well-mannered, and professional in their service. Room cleaning staff were helpful and cleaned our room everyday, even if we put the ”Do Not Disturb” sign on our door. Room service was very easy and help was always provided very fast. The shower was great, easy to use, and always very clean. However, the hotel room is always a bit dusty, especially the window blinds and the bedside drawers. The pool could also be cleaned more regularly, as there are dirt particles floating around. The biggest pain point for us was that the food could be so much better! The afternoon tea was very bad and we only ate there once on our first day. I think you can serve fresh vegetable spring rolls as snacks instead of the ham bread, which was as dry as a rock. Most of the tea buffet provided were not edible. The breakfast was average too - we opted to eat outside at the banh mi carts and noodle carts, which tasted much better. I wish you can work together with some of these sellers to provide good local breakfast or afternoon tea. Besides that, the best point about Au Lac (other than the excellent service staff) is really the location. We never had to travel more than 15 minutes to any popular tourist location or shopping mall. We were so close to District 1 that our days were always fun and enjoyable to travel around. We really appreciated the central location so much. Overall, our stay at Au Lac was good.

The hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. They recommended us many nice restaurants nearby. Hotel breakfast is nice. Even though they do not have many choices but each food is excellent. The location is nice with malls surrounding. The room hygiene is ok but found many footprints on the floor which feel so creepy.
Cons:
There are whole street bars in front of the hotel and my room window facing that area. Unfortunately the room soundproofing is poor. I always wake up in the middle of the night by the noises. I can hear hallway someone entering by lift, my next room talking, watching TV and open or close door.

XXUThis place is absolutely fantastic! If you're looking for a private apartment that's super close to Landmark 81, this is an ideal choice. It's just a few minutes' walk to Landmark 81, which is incredibly convenient. The apartment is also very well-suited for remote work; we spent several days working comfortably from there. Jason is also a fantastic host. Highly recommended!
