Nick at the front desk was super friendly. They offer lemon water and complimentary cookies at the front desk. The room and bathroom were very clean. There is breakfast included in the morning. Overall we had great service and enjoyed our stay.

I think the ratings for the hotel are overly harsh. Yes, the exterior is rough (damage to the lobby and exterior due to a elderly driver and insurance issues) and the lack of paint, but the interior rooms, the one you actually use are fine). The room was good sized, clean and comfortable. Yes, there are some homeless around (the capital city is dumping them in Hobbs for some reason) but, they were never close to the hotel. The staff reminds you to lock your vehicle doors, because while they might steal from unlocked cars, they don't break windows. And, the hotel itself isn't having problems. I had no problems with this hotel and would stay again.

From the moment I walked in to the front desk, I was warmly greeted and promptly waited on. There was no hesitation finding my reservation and confirming my stay. Their prices are on the upper scale but found that if you want a clean place with excellent customer service, the value will be worth the cost. If you just want a place to sleep, there are many other places you can choose. Very pleased with my stay.

Wonderful Stay! Clean hotel, room, and there were ample coffee supplies. Sometimes we have experienced only one regular and too many decafs. A special shout out to Cynthia. She was so helpful - professional, yet very friendly. She should be shown as an example when training others. Also, breakfast was hot, fresh, and plentiful. Thanks, Fairfield, see you next time!
