Very conveniently located hotel. The hotel is beautiful, has complete facilities. We chose to stay in a traditional style room, decorated to match the ancient history of the castle. The breakfast was very good.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful location. Professional and caring staff. The restaurant was good, but menu doesn't offer any proper vegetarian offer. The SPA is limited in size with no hammam. Unfortunately the relax room was extremely cold due to a broken window.

We loved the hotel, it’s atmosphere and the surroundings! Breakfast was exclusively delicious and lots of varieties! The buses to the castles are just nearby

Very nice room with beautiful scenery directly facing the lake, room facilities, balcony and private bathroom excellent. Swimming pool also good. Hotel staffs kind and supportive. One thing need to mention that room service is very difficult as no menu in the room and have to go the reception desk, which should walk long way from hotel, given that the restaurant at another end, if ordered, could be cold when sending to room.

This is the best hotel if you are planning to visit Castle of Neuschwanstein. Make sure you booke the main building. We booked the Jagerhaus by mistake. It is a seperate building just a few steps away but the decor is very old style and nothing like the modern "MAIN" building. We were able to discuss with the front desk and upgrade for a small price to the main building. Breakfast was very nice in the main building.....another reason to stay there.....what you would expect from a boutique 5 star in the area. The spa (pool and sauna) is fantastic. Amazing view of outside while enjoying either.

清潔感のあるホテルでした。サウナ・プールもありとても楽しめました。朝食も種類が多く豊富でした。お城までのアクセスがよく、便利でこのホテルにしてよかったです。

這是一間五星級的酒店，但吃早餐的地方那位女 服務員態度超差，冇禮貌，食早餐的餐廳被這位女服務員在幾張枱上放了預留牌，這幾張預留枱是有漂亮的景觀，這景觀是望見新天鵝堡的，而這位女服務員就用這幾張預留枱去選擇自己想比哪個客人就比哪個客人，即是揸住雞毛當令箭，我在德國10幾日，每間酒店食早餐的餐廳都是先到先選位，有位就可以坐，絕對不會在食早餐的餐枱上放預留牌。餐廳這位女帶位員非常乞人憎。幾千蚊一晚酒店竟然預上這種服務態度，可恥。本人已通知朋友，同事及親戚不要住這酒店，其實附近都有幾間靚酒店。退房嘅時候，我都有同職員投訴這事情。

服務態度好，乾淨整潔，可惜有點趕時間，睡醒馬上走！

行程中最滿意的酒店，位置絕佳，景觀絕佳，環境也不錯，價格很適宜，上天鵝堡非常方便，有機會再來菲森首選此處。
