Hotel berhampiran 45 Thu Tailor, Hoi An

Прекрасный отель на окраине старого города. В стоимость отеля входит трансфер в одну сторону. Нам так понравился город, что мы продлили отель на вторую ночь, поэтому получили ещё и обратный трансфер в подарок. В отеле есть велосипеды, на которых очень удобно перемещаться по городу – за 2 дня мы объехали его весь. Пешком тоже прошлись по достопримечательностям и музеям. Хороший завтрак, даже мясо страуса было в один из дней. Очень вежливый и услужливый персонал. Дали советы, куда идти, что смотреть, в какой ресторан сходить. Помогли с экскурсией на бамбуковой лодочке. У нас был номер с видом на реку – очень красиво. В номере была ванна и душ, можно было мыться одновременно. В номере были все косметические принадлежности, тапки, фен, холодильник. Номер достаточно тихий - достоинство, что не в самом центре ночной жизни. Бассейном не пользовались - гуляли много, город очень полюбился. Единственный небольшой недостаток, что полы гладкие и скользкие, надо быть осторожными. Большое спасибо прекрасному персоналу отеля за высокий уровень сервиса.

I had a very pleasant stay at Son Trang. It’s a small hotel (12 rooms) which is clean and well located. Five minutes walk to the ancient centre or the river. There is no pool or breakfast here. Wi-Fi was very fast, room decorated nicely , bed comfortable. The best thing about the place is the excellent staff who are friendly and helpful at all times. I would highly recommend it. Great value for money.

Good location beside the old town. Room is good and breakfast is ok, but food and drinks run out fast. Pool is good but again the sun loungers are really limited. Not much a view from the room either. We did like the service from the staff and the price is affordable.

The hotel is in a street off the main road through town. Our taxi driver struggled to find it as it doesn’t say Royal Villa outside- it says Royal Room to rent. It’s well positioned, a 10 minute walk into the town centre and old town. 5 minutes to the river. We paid around $15 per night and booked 3 nights. We had room 301 which overlooked the road but had good sound proofed windows- with the windows open it could be a bit noisy through the day. The room was small with walk in, wet room shower. All was modern and clean with a fridge, TV, good ac, lots of electric sockets but no safe. The other rooms (not ending 01) looked bigger and were set back from the road. The bed was very firm with good quality mattress but may be too hard for people who like a soft bed. The staff were friendly but didn’t speak much English. They rented us a scooter for 120VND which seemed a good price. Good price and a nice clean option for a budget room.

Room was ok. No strange smell. Basic travel disposable provided. Water pressure great. AC working well. Pool is at back of hotel, provided some privacy Vs those that have the pool right outside. Great for chilling in the hot weather. Overall nice place. Free bicycle provided to roam around. Near the happening area, within walking distance but not too near so can have a quiet rest at night. Staffs are friendly and offered help proactively.

One word - FANTASTIC!!!! Only spent 1 night here regrettably as I should have booked at least 3 nights. Let’s view the pros first - simply a beautiful hotel with wonderful staffs - from 1 day before my check in, the hotel staff WhatsApp me on the details etc. Very 5 star treatment! - upon arrival, my family and I were treated like VVIPs. The customer relations officer explained on the details of my check in and ushered us to our rooms personally. Another 5 star treatment! - location of the hotel is just right in front of the riverside. It’s about 300-400m to the Hoi A memories show. Really convenient! - breakfast was superb. Very good spread as well as quality. - hotel amenities are top notch! From swimming pool to free bicycle rental. - very clean, neat and tidy rooms. - beds, pillows, cleanliness are really among the 5 star le meridian or grand Hyatt standard. - the staffs are really attentive to your needs. Very very impressive! Now the cons: - NONE that I could think of! Wonderful and great experience from this hotel. I’ve travelled quite a bit, stayed in 5 star hotels across the globe and I can say that this hotel leaves a great memorable experience for me and my family. Thank you again Ms. Lee and the team. Keep it up and You guys rock!

The room is clean, the staff here are very enthusiastic. The villa is also right near the market and old town. Breakfast is also delicious.

When I arrived I was soaked from the longest day on my bike. The guy could see that and was very helpful and friendly. They were kind enough to upgrade me to the suite free of charge. The location to Hỏi ăn was great too. Only about 2.5km. They let me hire a bicycle which was very nice.

Really beautiful resort! Exceeded my expectations. Breakfast buffet was really good, I was honestly impressed. I wish the bar and convenience store took card, but the fact that there was even a 7/11 there was great. Was about 15 mins away from old town which was around 35000+ dong by grab bike. Pool and beach were beautiful. Rooms were clean and looked like pictures. Friends also had a great time, would visit again!

Location: 8.5/10 The hotel is about a 20-30 minutes taxi / grab to Hoi-An or Danang city. However, we know about this before hands, and it is a resort, so we have nothing to complain about. Service: 10/10 – All of the staff members are extremely helpful with a huge smile on their faces. The hotel also provides a very nice touch to offer a tour to Marble Mountain that we did not expect for. A big shout out for Yury gave a great tour and explained very clear about the history of Vietnam and Marble Mountain. Room: 10/10 The room size is very spacious and looks new. One very important thing is that the room is just one step away from the swimming pool and the beautiful beach. Facilities: 10/10 The hotel provides a wide range of facilities, including: a swimming pool with lots of kids' swim equipment and toys, a gym, various classes for kids and adults, and entertainment on the beach. Shout out for the sauna room that not many hotels provide both hot and cold tubs. Overall: 10/10 – Hyatt Regency Danang is excellent for staying as a couple or family with kids.
