Hotel 3 bintang Hoi An Tan An

Our stay at the Fami retreat Villa Hoi An was one of the best I have ever had! We stayed a total of 3 nights there and are more than satisfied. The rooms are as in the pictures very cozy and the beds extremely comfortable. Also the pool is very large and optimal to swim a few small lanes. For this already a 10/10! But even better was our host Nguyen. He received us on arrival, showed us everything and made himself directly available for questions. In addition, he took extra time to give us tips on what we can do in Hoi An. The first morning he invited us to breakfast and we had a lot of fun with him and other guests. On our last evening we had a barbecue together and spent a nice evening together. On our now almost 2 months Asia trip we did not have by far such a nice stay as with Nguyen in the Fami retreat Villa. For anyone who likes social contact and wants to make the most of their stay in Hoi An, the Fami retreat Villa is a must! 101% recommendation. Gladly again!

Every morning, there will be aunts to disturb, you need to change slippers when you enter the entrance, the floor is very clean and tidy. There are five choices for breakfast. I chose noodles. Fruits and coffee tea are self-service. There are two cute puppies, they are super cute! When everyone falls asleep at night, the dog will sleep with us at the door of the room, which is simply too happy! The attitude of the service staff is also super good, there is always a super good smile, and the questions are answered in a timely manner. Thank you for bringing me such a good experience ～ moved ～ (///^ ^ ♡) Unfortunately, it seems that there are often some sounds on the bed frame or air conditioner (I didn't find the sound source), The shampoo in the bathroom was not replenished in time. I only found out that I had wet my hair and finally washed it with body soap (crying). I still slept well at night, the mattress was very thick, and the air conditioner temperature was just not too cold. The hotel also provides bus booking services, the bus can be directly driven to the door to pick up the car, very convenient. The clothes also have a paid laundry service, and the laundry detergent is very fragrant. Very lucky my roommates are very good people, I want to say thank you for your patience, because my English is bad, to be equipped with body language and mobile phone translator but we are very happy to chat, I will miss you

Good price/quality ratio. Personnel is very friendly and good breakfast (which you have to choose from the menu a day prior). Didn’t use the pool on the roof, but it looked decent. Room was a bit moldy though and the AC made a lot of noise.

A great home stay, they have multiple rooms and run it a little like an Airbnb or hotel but still keep the family touch behind home stay experiences. Family is kind, attentive, and great to chat to even with language barriers. Free bicycles to use which is great because it’s a bit of a walk or cycle into old town. We think it’s a good distance but cycling shortened it. They do laundry but we didn’t use. They also have a dog who is a funny character. To note for guests who are particular: Some things were a bit unclean in our room which is why we put 3/5. Amenities were good but shower head has a mind of its own and water temp is high (great and unusual for the surrounding properties we stayed in, but careful for unexpected water angles). Room also smelled damp and it was hard to get rid of smell. If this was a hotel it would be not acceptable, but given it’s a home stay we didn’t make a fuss. Just including in the review as homestays really range.

b&b family-run with comfortable location for the beach, very available and friendly staff, breakfast is only the typical vietnamese with noodles meat and vegetables, spacious room with air conditioning and ventilator

This is a house with rooms. They stayed for one night, the room was clean. The bathroom was a curtain instead of a door. And the walls were not up to the ceiling. Everything was heard in the toilet - it was minus, of course. In general, the rest was fine. There was a pool, looks clean, but we didn't bath. There was a teapot and a refrigerator. The room was crawling with a lizard, presumably because there was a big gap between the entrance door and the chicken.

Очень хороший отель! Немного снизила рейтинг, так как ремонт в отеле был давно, вы должны это учитывать, чтобы ваши ожидания не были завышены. В остальном-чисто, тихо, добрый хозяин. Предоставляют велосипед для прогулок. Я обязательно сюда вернусь. Соотношение цена и качество -лучшее. Прекрасный недорогой вариант !

Amazing value for the price! Large bed, with a super nice en suite with a big shower. Air conditioning in the rooms, with lighting that allows you to change it from warm tones to cool tones. The man behind reception is so sweet and helpful. I would definitely stay here again
