This hotel is in the absolute best position. We were a little disappointed in our room location, as we booked about 8 months ago and asked for a ground floor room with a river view. We also paid top $$ in full 8 months ago. So, when we were put in basically the furtherest room from the pool on the second floor we were disappointed.
The rooms are very nice, and the free mini bar replenished daily was a lovely surprise. The restaurant breakfast was amazing, you could not ask for anything more.
The pool area is stunning, but unfortunately, due to the dark grey tiling, it was extremely hot and uncomfortable (also the pool water was very warm, which I know can not be helped).
We did try and book a couple of trips through the hotel, but they did not seem overly interested in this service. I also tried to contact them several times before arriving to arrange airport transfers, but never got a reply. However, all staff encountered were polite.
In summary, I would definitely return to this hotel if offered at a reasonable rate. Mainly due to the location.

I had such an enjoyable stay at Bay Resort Hoi An! It had everything you would need, from a massage spa, to a gym, a pool, as well as a restaurant for your buffet breakfast. The staff were all so friendly too, making the stay an extremely pleasant one.
The mini bar is also completely free and replenished once a day which is a nice bonus! Highly recommend if you’re coming to Hoi An. 10/10!!

Staying here is a great experience. Staff are nice, room is clean, and the pool is beautiful. The in-room dining service provided food with high quality, and their spa is also a good one. A good choice for vacation if you have enough budget.

Overall, it has some nice features and is relatively clean, the inconvenience of accessing the Old Town and the lack of facilities for children may make it less ideal for some travelers. If you're traveling without kids or don’t mind the walk, it could be a decent option, but be prepared for the pedestrian access issues.
Lack of Kids Club: For families traveling with children, it’s worth noting that the hotel does not offer a kids club or any child-focused amenities, which could be a downside for those seeking entertainment for their little ones.

What an amazing resort. The breakfast, food, salted coffee and overall service is the best we’ve ever had! Cannot recommend this resort more. Perfect location, really gorgeous rooms and comfortable beds. The service is incredible, with twice daily cleaning and turn down bed time service. The spa was also beautiful and we had such a wonderful couples massage. Pool and pool bar and food was fabulous and we used these facilities daily as well as a well equipped gym! Thank you so much to the staff for making our stay so special!

Very convenient area where is close to the market and walking distance to the night market. The river view is good and the room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is good and the staff is nice and good customer service.
