Ulasan Little Residence- A Boutique Hotel & Spa

It’s a nostalgia vibe hotel and I really love it. Location is just ＜5min walk to the ancient town and there are massage places/mini mart/food around the vicinity. Staffs are very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this hotel if you enjoy peaceful stay. The massage provided by the hotel itself is really good too! They even prepare a birthday surprise in the room as per my request !! :D

Its a good hotel. Room was nice, super clean. The staff is also very nice, but sometimes almost too nice. During breakfast every morning 4 different staffmembers came to ask how everything went. What our plans were for the day. If we needed help booking stuff, explaining what we could do. It was a bit too much kinda felt like being *******. I prefer to just ask for help when I need it instead of being offered by every person of the staff 👍🏻

Overall an excellent stay. Friendly staff. Beautiful rooms.

這是一家令人感到非常暖心的酒店！服務員熱情、照顧周到，不管甚麼時候碰見，都會熱情地噓寒問暖，尤其是Alice, Vivi, Bee 和Sol, 都讓我們賓至如歸。這次住店，我們還得到了一個意外驚喜：服務員秘密為我們準備了生日蛋糕，為我們慶生！入住酒店的第二天，剛好是我先生的生日，吃早餐時，她們送上了生日蛋糕，服務員還一起唱起了生日歌；晚上回酒店時，床上又多了一個毛巾摺疊而成的蛋糕😍 另外，服務員每天都會問我們的行程安排，然後介紹並安排合宜的交通方式，譬如我們從會安到順化的一程，便由服務員Bee幫我們訂購臥舖巴士，比起叫Grab ，兩個人節省了800000越南盾的交通費！

在古城東邊，很安靜。步行到熱鬧繁華地沿秋盆河邊走一會兒就走到了。 法式與越式結合，非常乾淨。 早餐也超級好吃！ 性價比超高！10分推薦哦！

2023年新裝修的，從硬件到服務都是精緻典雅乾淨清爽的法式風格，很符合小城安靜的氣質，最讚的是服務，難怪看到有個老外點評説有時候都覺得服務勤快到有點煩，不停地噓寒問暖，所有的服務員，所有的地方。來越南兩週住過的所有酒店裡服務最佳。出行方便。唯一有一點要注意，每層有三個房間是看不到風景的，對着一個封閉的天井，跟照片不同，如果不小心訂到了，可以叫前台換房間，服務態度還是很好。

Beautiful hotel, beautiful staff. The rooms are authentically Vietnamese, but also simple and modern. Gorgeous quiet pool too and super close to the old town, river and night markets. Hoi A Thank you Bee for my special Vietnamese birthday coffee!

This hotel has good location being a ten minutes walk to the old town. The front desk and service staff are friendly and helpful. I would like to commend the service staff Naree for being attentive and good service. She also take the initiative to ask whether a customer needs any assistance.

The front desk and service staff are friendly and helpful. I must commend Bee, Nasee and Sol for going out their way to make my stay a pleasant one. The hotel location is also good as it is within walking distance from the old town. The hotel also provides excellent breakfast. They also have a restaurant at the beach.

The hotel is near old town Hoi A just a short walk.. they are few restaurants near by but my favorite is Pho Saigon. I love how every staffs are super friendly and welcoming. They would go extra miles just to make you feel comfortable. The room is a good size and the AC is working well/ very important since the weather outside is super hot. The only thing that I would recommend is to turn on the AC in common areas because I felt a bit uncomfortable in the elevator because it’s hot.. The breakfast was pretty good as well.. During my stay, I lost my money. I thought that I had dropped it at a nail salon near by. I mentioned to the front desk staffs and they told me that one of the staffs her name is Len.. she is an accountant who found my cash!!! And they returned it to me. That was so impressive .. Thank you again Len for your honesty and thanks all staffs for your hospitality.. I would recommend anyone who wants to be near the old city but quiet at night.. The hotel also has a free shuttle to a beach near by every day as well…

Such a beautiful boutique hotel. ALL the staff were so friendly, helpful and so kind. Particular mention to Sol & Bee My room was stunning and very comfortable bed and pillows and I loved the balcony where I could sit and watch people go by. Location was amazing too

I stayed for five nights and it is awobnderful place to stay, spotlessly clean,room clean bed so comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful especially those on the reception desk , Bee,Alice, Vivi Very close to old town and night market
