Ulasan Vinpearl Resort & Golf Nam Hoi An

If you like to throw money away this resort is for you. It started at check-in. Would you like to upgrade ? It’s only 980000d per night. The floor of our unit was dirty, Evan after making our up the next day. I was treated like I couldn’t afford to stay here. Everything is about up selling. I asked for a glass of ice water they try to sell me bottle water (they had filtered water). They don’t advertise any local attractions only their own attractions. They have cars available to take you for 9 times the going rate. Our cocktails were terrible, there is a lot of food at the restaurant though the quality was not very good. I don’t think they think about getting customers to return just keep book in new ones. Breakfast was included in our package so we ate there. We only had one dinner there one time which was very average quality so we went out to eat. I don’t mind paying big prices for good food but I don’t like it when it’s below par. We went to have a shower late afternoon to get ready to go out & the room was still not made up. We used towels off the floor. We have been in Vietnam for two weeks, stayed in 6 other places and this is the only resort we are not happy with. Wish we didn’t go there and would never go back. Good luck

Hotel itself is clean and well maintained. Breakfast. Was particularly good … location is a little far from Hoi An but, getting a grab is very easy. The staff are friendly but speak very limited English. I asked them to help booking golf for me, they said yes yes yes … I arrive to the golf club the next day and no booking. Love Vietnam and the central area but, will choose another hotel next time.

Very nearby to beach but far away from other places.

THis wasnt a particularly great experience. The hotel is located quite far from the city and it is inconvenient and somewhat expensive to make trips. The proximity to vinwonder is great but we would locate ourselves for long in this property in future. Executive Suite room wasn't special. The outer area should have a bed in place IMO. Facilities and cleanliness is good. Facilities wise, they are lacking play activities for children. Service was okayish. The staff seemed to be struggling to manage expectations and general flux of guests. Were quite disorganized. They should seriously consider hiring a good management team to take care of reception. Food is restaurant was nothing special and took forever to arrive. I didnt enjoy the experience much compared to our experience in similarly expensive properties in Thailand in past.

I had the most incredible experience during my visit to Vinpearl Nam Hoi An! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a stunningly beautiful setting. 너무 좋은 숙소였어요 배달이 안되어서 좀 불편했지만 프라이빗하게 쉬기엔 완전짱입니다 ㅎㅎ 저렴하게 잘 쉬다왔어요 ^^

3베드룸 독채풀빌라에서 널널하게 잘 있다 왔습니다. 숙소도 깔끔하고 수영장도 깨끗하고 화장실이 총 4개라 넘 좋았아요~ 다음여행때 또 방문할게요!

투베드룸 풀빌라였는데 너무 만족스러웠어요 다낭 세번째인데 빈펄은 처음갔어요 2박하고온게 아쉽네요 다음에는 3박정도 있을까 싶어요 나트랑 갔을때조 빈펄갔었는데 거기보다 좋았어요

태국 여행 직후여서 그런지 베트남 직원들이 상대적으로 불친절하다고 느껴졌습니다. 위치는 호이안과 30분 정도 거리여서 보통으로 선택하였고 투숙하신다면 무조건 빈원더스 이용권 끊으세요!! 웨이팅 없이 이용 너무 좋습니다.

시설의 청결도 서비스 모두 완벽했습니다. 위치가 외딴곳에 있는게 단점이 될 수 있지만. 넓은 해변과 백사장을 개인 소유처럼 사용할수 있어서 더 좋은 경험이었습니다. 시설내 휴양과 연계되어 있는 액티비티를 같이 사용하니 가족과 함께 좋은 추억을 쌓을 수 있었습니다.
