Hoi An Garden Palace & Spa

Among the accommodations in Vietnam, it was a resort with a clean room condition, pretty interior, and delicious breakfast. It was a resort with all three factors. The staff was also very attentive and kind, which was great. Since there were no Korean-speaking staff, I had to use English mainly, but I think it wouldn't be difficult if I used a translation app. I was so touched by the smiles and kindness of the staff whenever we made eye contact. 😍😍 This is a place I want to stay again next time I come to Hoi An. Ah~! It was close to the old town and the beach, so there was no inconvenience in going back and forth. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the soundproofing was a little disappointing.

Although the facilities are a bit old, there is a garden that overcomes all that. It's so pretty and makes me happy just walking around. I stayed here for 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and the pool was nice. When you eat breakfast while looking at the garden, you can't help but wonder if this is how European nobles lived during the Middle Ages and Renaissance. It's great value for money, so if you're looking for a hotel at a reasonable price, be sure to check it out. Please note that the restaurant is also open in the evening. (There is not much on the menu)

Taking a taxi is a bit difficult during peak hours, and there is not much to visit around. If you can’t take a taxi when you come back from the ancient city, it will be very tiring to walk for half an hour. Musty smell in the room: The side facing the small garden is probably the north side. Regardless of the floor, there is a strong musty smell. I am personally more sensitive and can't stand it. The other side is fine, but there is a family outside that raises a lot of chickens. Ducks and dogs are very noisy. . . Cannot choose if you are a light sleeper Hot water for bathing: It may seem to be powered by electricity. After one person finishes washing and the other washes immediately, the hot water is gone. But maybe many hotels in Vietnam still have electric water heaters, so you should pay attention to this.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The room was big, quiet and clean. There was a wide variety of food for breakfast. It was delicious. The location is perfect. Between the beach and the old town. Everything is easy to reach by bike, which the hotel provides. We recommend the hotel.

The staff was adorable and very very nice but nothing was as in the description. I couldn't sleep because I was in a room just below the water heater when I was the only guest.. No spa, hammam sauna, and a miserable breakfast. I could not bear to be treated like this, that everything was false on the description. No buffet, a small plate with two pieces of fruit. I laughed a lot and got angry. They eventually compensated with a massage and took me to the hotel next door for breakfast. I only stayed one night because I changed hotels.
