Ulasan Hoian Royal Villa

the location is quite close to the ancient town. BUT it was business fraud indeed, it said it had plenty rooms but not actually, then they would arrange you in another hotel called Silver Moon Hotel near it but cannot be accessible by car, you have to carry your luggage by yourself. for the Silver Moon Hotel, very dirty, humid, mouldy everywhere, please do refer to the google comments, as it shows full booked till next March, so you could not find any valuable suggestions in Trip.com. the host said upgrading the room for me, from a king bed to 2 king beds, but worse the hygiene conditions, more smelly, how could it be an upgrading? i wrote comments on google review, but offended by the host. i asked Trip.com to backlist it to avoid unhappy happened again in the future. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Turned up after a 10 hour ride from Pleiku to a room that was very mouldy, as well as a window that does not close looking out to a very busy street. The receptionist was nice, but tried to blame the mould on the fact it was raining on the day i turned up.. obviously not true and must have been that way for a while as you could see where they had tried to paint over the mould on some of the other walls. Walked out and booked a new hotel, Trip was very helpful getting me a partial refund

Really hard to take a shower, water is always getting boiling hot or too cool. Place is nice

The staff is incredibly friendly and talkative in a good way. The room is decent, but my view was just to the street. I enjoyed the lemongrass smell in the room. The bathroom is good, tap water doesn't stink and the water is hot. In my room the drainage could be cleaned. Unfortunately because there were few people in the hotel the breakfast was not a buffet: I was asked to order from the menu, the food quality was mediocre (juice was freshly made, mi quang was not good, "cheese" was just that kind of sliced cheese they use for burgers, an omelette was good), but variety and quantity is decent. The service during breakfast was great and I felt welcomed.

It's not a hotel building per se but rather a homestay style, the owner was really welcoming and nice! However, there is no lift so it might be tough if you have big luggages

Within getting to the hotel the lady who checked us in got us book on a tour within an hour of us arriving, which was amazing. Everyone who worked there was super lovely.

I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights.The hotel location is not too far from Old Town, about 15 minutes walk, but it is located on a busy road, so it is loud at all times unfortunately. The room is very small, but the bed was comfortable. There was quite a bit of dust in the room. The shower is located directly in the room too, it is just a sliding glass door separating the shower and the room, so the water goes all over the floor when you shower and around the toilet and if you keep any supplies in the bathroom they get wet when you shower. The hair dryer in my room was very rusty and moldy as it is just hanging in the shower at all times, so I couldn't use it unfortunately. The curtain rail in my room was also broken, and it was quite bright inside. The staff seemed polite and nice, but I didn't really interact with them, only when I checked in and checked out of the hotel. I didn't have the breakfast in the hotel, so not sure what the food is like. Overall, it's ok choice for 2 nights or so, but I wouldn't stay longer than that.

The hotel was nice. The bathroom did not have a proper door, it was a glass window with a sheer curtain. This was fine, just be aware. One night on our stay we returned to the hotel at midnight and were locked out of the building , however we were not made aware of any sort of curfew.

Great clean and quiet , great location

Bottle water is free, but it’s not common sold mineral water like Nestle. I don’t know it’s the just tap water or not. room is not bad, but not so large. I was bothered by upstairs noise
