This is a resort with great view and spa. Honestly, that’s why we picked it. The staff are mostly friendly and get things done efficiently. The amenities and cleanliness could use a little polish though. But all in all, it’s worth what you pay.

We stayed at for Palm Garden for 3 nights. We had a lovely stay and the staff were amazing and very accommodating. The hotel is a bit far from the old town so you need to take a didi but it is super relaxing and far from the business of the old town. The hotel had some complimentary workshops that I enjoyed including cooking classes and lantern making. The hotel was super family friendly and had lots of facilities like spa pool and private beach. Highly recommended! We had a lovely stay.

Great hotel with nice territory, spacious rooms beautifully decorated, varied breakfast. The beach bar is a special gem with delicious cocktails and a view! Taxi to the old city and back is very cheap and easy.

Beautiful and quiet location. Food was excellent. But what made this place special was the staff so incredibly attentive and caring!

Staff are friendly and helpful. During breakfast, Thien always has a very nice smile, hardworking and attentive young boy. Jenny, the manager is very helpful to provides a lot of information we required. We had a nice stay. 👍👍👍 Please pass our heartfelt thanks to all staff

Amazing resort, good location, friendly staff.

The resort's beautiful gardens are meticulously maintained, providing a serene and picturesque environment that truly enhances the stay. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with excellent air-conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the hotter parts of the day. It ensured a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere indoors, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was the resort's great pool. It was clean, well-maintained, and inviting, offering a perfect spot to cool off and relax. Whether you want to swim a few laps or simply lounge by the water, the pool area is a wonderful place to spend time. Overall, Palm Garden Beach Resort offers a great combination of natural beauty, comfort, and excellent amenities. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Amazing 5*star hotel. The staff are attentive and friendly. Great breakfast buffet- with all homemade pastries and bread. The hotel’s facilities are great- it’s on the beach, many sun beds, lovely swimming pool. I would highly recommend the spa- it also has a stream room, sauna and jacuzzi. The rooms are spacious and cleaned everyday. Big, comfortable beds. Strong air con and TV with Netflix. The cleaners are on the ball and the room always smelt lovely. Our room had a lovely big bath with constant running hot water. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to Hoi an ancient town at 10am and 3pm. If not a grab taxi is only 50,000VND. Outside the hotel are small mini-Marts and some lovely restaurants. The hotel also offers free classes everyday from 3pm. As we had tours planned we only attended their complimentary cooking class which was insightful and fun. Special thanks to Ms Chau who was so friendly and helped us organise our trip. Highly recommend this hotel! One of the best hotels we have stayed in, we will be back.

Palm Garden is a great place to relax and unwind.we stayed for 15 days too short. The staff are fantastic, I will say a shout out to Miss Too, who regularly served us with breakfast and sometimes main meals she was so kind and very helpful. In all an excellent 5 star place to holiday.
