Ulasan Thanh Van 1 Hotel

Stayed here before, still excellent value for money. The only downside is the night guard who goes to bed by the door at 10 o'clock on the dot. Will rudely and angrily evict anyone from using any communal areas so he can loudly watch videos on his phone in peace.

Happy to be here everything so good very near Hoi an old town we can walk

The hotel is centrally located,.which is a perk when you travel with youngsters. Upon our arrival, we were checked in immediately, which was much earlier than we were supposed to. The room was big enough. Don't expect the views from your room; you'll get aplenty while strolling through the town's numerous streets and alleys.

Nice Hotel and the staff is so kind.

フロントの方が親切で過ごしやすかったです。 また旧市街にも歩いてすぐなので、立地もよく、便利に滞在できました。

This is a 3-Star hotel, but the service was definitely 5-Star. Great place on a budget. Picked this hotel because of the location. No elevator/lift so if the security guy is busy, you'll have to lug your luggage up flights of stairs. I found the bed a bit uncomfortable by the mornings while my wife loved the bed. THE LOCATION! Centrally located on the northern part of Old Town. Perfect if you're having tailored clothing made. A 5-10 minute walk (depending on stops for photos along the way) from the river and all of the attractions. And a block away from Banh Mi Queen and a Starbucks. Breakfast is not included but worth the extra expenditure. And no bicycles to borrow.

What can I say about the Thanh Van Hotel? I stayed there last October on my first trip to Vietnam and the service was above and beyond expectations. Upon my return to the US, I couldn't stop thinking about gong back to Vietnam and Hoi An. I put together a rather ambitious tour of SE Asia including Hoi An and ended up taking a dozen people with me on this 18 day trip. Although the bulk of the details were complicated to put together, the Hoi An section was a breeze. Obviously booked the Thanh Van for the group for our 5 nights in Hoi An, pardon the cliche but a no brainer. It wasn't just about the accommodations, Kelly from the front desk organized everything that we needed for this group, including transportation for multiple days and an extra tour for some of the guests. When we arrived at the hotel, everyone was already checked in, A/C turned on in all of the rooms and cold beer in the mini fridges. I will say this, if you are looking for an all-inlcusve resort style hotel this may not be for you. But, if you are looking for a good hotel, centrally located with the best service imaginable, authenticity and the true spirit of Hoi An, Vietnam book in at the Thanh Van.

We really enjoyed our stay at Thanh Van Hotel for 6 nights. We are a family of 4 and stayed in one of the family rooms. The room was clean and comfortable with two queen size beds. The bathroom wasn't brand new but clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful in arranging day trips to various locations. We initially booked the room without breakfast included but when we arrived staff offered to provide breakfast which was yummy and convenient. Although there are also lots of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. The location is very convenient within minutes on for to the old Town, markets etc. Our friends stayed in the family room on the level below us and while it is the same layout it gets a lot less light so I would recommend asking for a room on a higher floor.

First of all.. the receptionist ladies were absolutely fantastic, fun, energetic, welcoming and very helpful. A great company needs great people to be their 'face' of the company.. and Kellie, Moon and Lena are definately 3 of those kind of people. Could not fault anything about them.. well done and thank you to all 3 ladies... Wish you all the best :) The Hotel - great location, great value for money... Bed was huge.. pillows (x4) soft and cosy and the WiFi was very stable and did not 'cut' out. Overall a great stay for 3 nights.
