"The location was great, the room was fine, however, there was loud music and talking going on at the pool right outside our room late into the night. The front office was apparently closed when we called to have the situation taken care of. We left messages but got no response at all, not even the next morning when we checked out."

"This hotel is a real gem nestled in amongst the high rises of the Hollywood neighbourhood of Fort Lauderdale. It is a family owned and operated establishment. Super clean and comfortable accommodations with many thoughtful touches. The courtyard is beautiful tropical oasis with a heated swimming pool surrounded by lush foliage and plants. It's even lovelier after dark when all the twinkle lights are on. Our stay here was wonderful - highly recommended!!"

"Hollywood, Florida- stayed for 4 nights for business with some leisure time. Everything was good until I got home and they charged me $250 for towels that they said we did not return. They give you a towel card and when you get your towels they take your card and when you return the towels you get your towels back. We always returned our towels and they gave us our card back. If we had not returned the towels then they would not have given us the card back. When we checked out, we turned in the card and they said everything was good. When I questioned this, they said there was a mistake and we should have been charged $200 and refunded the $50. I told them that we returned all the towels and should not be charged for them. I have emailed them several times and no response. We called and left messages, no response. I am now filing a dispute with my credit card, so hopefully this can be resolved."

"Free airport shuttle was a plus. Front desk clerks, Danny and Eva were excellent. They were polite, pleasant and efficient. Room was a little jaded but it was O.K. Location was good with eateries nearby Overall, we are happy with our 2 night pre-cruise stay."
