這個地方確實特別美，休閑度假太合適了，其實基本上所有的工作人員服務都特別好，也特別熱情。酒店用品也都很好，特別喜歡這個地方，石斛燉雞也特別香，美中不足的前台年紀稍大的服務員態度真的不好，我們退房了問她可以了嗎愛答不理的。 提個建議：因為房間本來就很少，能不能客人訂房後主動聯繫一下，因為我定了以後打了幾次電話給前台問都是問一句答一句的，主動服務意識太差，我們第一次去很蒙，因為道路環境確實還在修繕，一路靠猜靠問路人上去的，到了打電話結果說往貢斛苑上來，去了貢斛苑問工作人員說我們在山上，讓我們往旁邊入口上山，我們進山太大就更蒙了，走了一段問工作人員說是你們要在下麪辦入住，打電話給前台說讓我折下去辦理入住，雖然最後我說去不了，帶着孩子沒去，工作人員上來找我們辦理，但是，這個過程確實讓人挺不舒服的。（我猜接電話這個服務員就是前台那個年紀稍大的服務員，因為接觸了好幾個服務員態度都挺好的。） 說實話，昨天因為入住內心是想給個差評的，但因為景色確實很美，接觸的其他服務員也確實很好，希望改進吧

民宿實在景點裏麪的，訂了裏面的民宿必須要先買門票才可以進去，有點強迫性消費的感覺，很不舒服。我們買了門票，剛好人家要下班了，沒有車進去，也無法退票（因為人家下班很準時的，到點就關燈走人）沒辦法，衹能等民宿的人出來接，下着雨，在旅客中心等了好久～好久。然後終於等到車出來接我們了，進到裏面 老闆娘騎電動車出來幫我帶行李，房間有點兒小…衞生乾淨整齊，還是挺不錯的。 在這裏必須提一下老闆娘…店裡好忙，要接待住宿的客人還要接待用餐的客人，但是老闆娘都超級温柔，態度超級好。給老闆娘點個贊。 第二天因為行程趕我們7.30就起來了，一直等車，等到9點多我們才有車送我們出去，這時候説真的，耐性全被磨沒了。老闆找人送我們出到遊客中心，我們放好行李，又在遊客中心這裏坐車進去裏面，（是的，你沒猜錯，就是我們昨晚休息得地方，原來買的門票是這裏麪的，哦…還有坐船，坐了3次船，衹有第一個最大，有點兒像盜墓筆記，裏面有一些賣手工製品的。）
