A Truly Wonderful Escape - One of My Favorites! This villa is absolutely wonderful and has easily become one of my favorite hotels. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The villa itself is clean and super spacious, offering plenty of room to relax. The beautiful scenery and good atmosphere create a quiet and peaceful environment that is perfect for a getaway. It’s the ideal place to unwind. The service is wonderful—prompt, and the staff are so nice and friendly. They truly go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. We also enjoyed breakfast offered by the hotel. A couple of minor points to note for a longer stay: the breakfast menu seems to be the same daily. While the quality is good, if you are staying for more than two nights, you might find the lack of variety a little boring. Furthermore, a small personal regret was that while the room is equipped with a private hot spring, the weather was too cold and the water wasn't heated, so we weren't able to use it. That was a bit of a letdown. The only other consideration is that the location is a little inconvenient and requires a bit of travel to get to and from main areas. However, these are small trade-offs for the incredible peace and quality you receive. I would highly recommend staying here if you don't mind the travel distance. We can't wait to return.

We had a very special stay at Muxu Wilderness Luxury Resort Hotel in Jinghong. The communication via WeChat was outstanding: fast, reliable, and very attentive. When requests were communicated clearly, the team implemented everything promptly and with great care. The airport pick-up and drop-off service, the city shuttle, and the organization of day trips (including drivers) were excellent and very convenient. At breakfast, individual preferences were accommodated, and the coffee was the best we’ve had in a long time. The hotel restaurant impressed overall with high-quality cuisine and fair beverage prices. A reservation is necessary, but the staff reliably reminds you each day. The rooms were very clean upon arrival. During our stay, it was helpful to communicate small requests – such as fresh coffee cups or a freshly made bed – which were always handled politely. We feel this aligns with the shorter stays of most guests, while we stayed for a full week, making such coordination useful. The included afternoon tea was surprisingly generous (a large tray with fries, fruit, cakes, and drinks). The night soup, served as a sweet dessert, was also included. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Pool and terrace are beautifully designed and ideal for sunset photoshoots. For longer lounging, however, there is no shade, and the balcony is fully exposed to the sun all day. Conveniently, there are two small shops within walking distance offering chilled drinks and snacks.

Amazing Stay at Lushan Xishang Banshan Hotel in Xishuangbanna! Highly Recommend! I recently stayed at Lushan Xishang Banshan Hotel during my trip to Xishuangbanna, and I have to say it was an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind, always going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They took excellent care of me, washing my clothes, tidying up my room every day, and providing me with the cleanest, most beautiful room I’ve ever stayed in. My room had a fantastic hot tub, and I loved soaking in it while watching the scenic views of the city. The bright lights from the buildings lit up the skyline at night, creating such a relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect spot to unwind. The breakfast was also fantastic — a great way to start each day with a variety of delicious options. One of the highlights was the late check-out, which really made my departure stress-free. A huge part of my experience was the driver the hotel recommended for me. Not only was he an excellent driver, but he also became like a brother to me. He genuinely cared about my safety and helped interpret for me at the markets, which was a huge help. We spent the day visiting great restaurants and shopping spots, and his joy and enthusiasm made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. He also took me to some famous religious landmarks, where I got to experience the local culture and history in a way I never would have without his guidance. His kindness and attention to detail made my trip feel even more special. This amazing service was all arranged by the hotel, and I’m so grateful for their recommendation. They really made sure I had everything I needed, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better stay. The staff's warmth, the wonderful driver, and the beautiful amenities made my trip truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xishuangbanna for a vacation!

Staff were all really welcoming. Check-in was smooth. As for the room, it was a steal. Great value, clean and tidy. Also it comes with a free pool on level 5. Location is in the heart of the city. Delicious local foods are in walkable distance. My partner and I went out at 10pm and there was still a decent amount of food and fruits available. I especially love the variety of tropical fruits.

這次入住體驗真的超出預期！房間面積寬敞，採光很好，一進門沒有悶味，衞生打掃得特別細緻，衞生間乾濕分離打理得乾乾淨淨。床墊軟硬適中，枕頭很舒服，隔音效果在線，完全不用擔心被打擾。前台辦理入住效率高，服務温柔貼心，周邊交通、餐飲都很方便，價格也很划算，不管出差還是旅遊都很合適，已經推薦給朋友，下次來還住這裏！

ฉันเป็นคนไทยที่ไปพักที่โรงแรมพูดภาษาจีนได้แค่นิดเดียวแต่เจ้าของที่พักใจดีมากๆ ให้การช่วยเหลือฉันเป็นอย่างดีขากลับให้ช่วยเรียก DiDi ไปส่งสถานีรถไฟความเร็วสูง ประทับใจเขามากๆ ทานนมมาส่งเถ้าแก่ช่วยเดินขึ้นมาถึงห้องพักชั้น 3 ที่พักหลังจาก 5 ทุ่มเงียบสงบมีม่านกันแสงจากระเบียงและม่านกันแสงในห้องทำให้ห้องมืดชั้นหลับสนิทมากๆตลอดเวลาที่อยู่ที่นี่ ทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้ตลาดเก้าจวง เมื่อคุณลงรถบัสหรือแท็กซี่ที่ส่งปากซอยเดินมาอีก 100 เมตรจะอยู่ทางด้านซ้ายบริเวณใกล้ๆมีมินิมาร์ท
