咱是一人獨自旅行，偶然間在網友們的旅遊筆記看見，發現評價挺高，剛好也正選擇住處，索性就下單訂房，抵達之後，發現所言非虛，住房整理得相當乾淨整齊，設備雖不及大酒店那般，但所需用品那是相當齊全，雖然地點位在人聲鼎沸的步行街內，但進房後，感覺特別安靜，完全不影響休息的，且由於對當地的不熟悉，老闆也是特別耐心又熱情的介紹附近周遭的景點，以及特色美食，完了怕咱不瞭解，還特別發周遭景點建議給咱，感覺就象是自家人一般，相當窩心，在結束行程要退房時，有些私人請求，老闆也是毫不猶豫的同意協助，還立馬幫忙聯繫後續可能需要的協助管道，雖然最終的結果是不需要，但還是特別感謝，特別推薦這間民宿，下次有需要，我還來~

Great location in the center of the city. Our room had a large balcony to the street, it was nice to listen to the city life and voices from below. Our driver that took us to the Tulou told us this beautiful house used to be the People's Court of Xiamen - and it definitely feels like a place with a history. It has a small café downstairs, and friendly staff, who gave us some tea as a farewell gift. The only thing we didn't like was the aircon that was a bit too cold and we didn't find a way to regulate it in the room.

首先地理位置真的很好，附近就是中山路步行街，八市，還有局口街，樓下有公交站，對面也有公交站，還有第一碼頭，從鼓浪嶼回來，就直接到第一碼頭下，真的很方便，如果時間比較充裕的情況下，可以做公交逛，1塊錢，真的很便宜方便～
然後酒店環境，在商務樓裏，但是不吵，房間可以看到海，對面就是鼓浪嶼，很不錯，
房間裏有智能窗簾，有大浴缸，水流很大，住的也舒服，唯一美中不足就是這個床拐角，雖然做了防護，但是腿還是不經意會刮到，如果切割成圓弧形狀就好了，希望商家可以重視點
性價比也很好，如果考慮這附近的酒店，是可以值得住住的～

The hotel is in a small lane & can be difficult to find. Put Cube Fruit shop, Shengping Road as your destination & the e-hailing driver will find It easily. The hotel lane is just beside the fruit shop. The place is much better than I expected. It has a Zen-like feel, the deco Instagram-able & the whole place is very clean. It was also very quiet when we were there. The famous Zhongsun Road is just behind it. There are many eateries around the place. A convenience mart is a short walk away. The mattress and pillow are comfortable. There is a washing machine in the public area but we didn't use it. The young guy at the reception during the day was very helpful. In short, the enviroment is like a 4 star hotel.

This was a nice experience, even though the hotel is a bit dirty (including the amenities like the pool or the breakfast area). Somehow I didn't really mind it because the location is very convenient, the beach is so close and it's generally a beautiful place. The staff was pretty helpful, although I felt there weren't enough people taking care of everything (reception, cleaning, breakfast...) All in all, would recommend (maybe not during the holidays because it was quite pricey)

Although not in the historic district, the homestay is a short walk to the seaside. Nearby are many dining places as well as shops. The room was clean, but the public area, especially the tables in the lobby where we can eat, were not clean. I had to throw away other peoples' trash. The service was excellent at the front desk. The ladies working the day I arrived were super-friendly, very patient, and full of good humor at my not-very-good-Chinese. We used a translation app to communicate, and they were able to inform me about all my questions. One surprising thing is about the breakfast. I was surprised that the breakfast is just a bag of food delivered to my door, from some other restaurant! It was sufficient and delicious, but I had to clean my own table in order to find a place to eat in the lobby. A better idea might be to eat the breakfast in your room, but I only had a tiny table in my room.
Overall, this is a good value with friendly staff.

WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

ZZeederworldGreat location ! Just right next to Bayi Market and 15 mins walk to Zhongshan Lu. On our last day, we could leave our luggage and continue with our food hunt nearby before heading to Xiamen airport. The taxi trip to Xiamen Airport took around 30 mins on Friday 5 pm. Super convenient.
Room size is just nice for 2 pax and 2 luggage. All the basic amenities are provided. There are additional at the lobby if needed. We appreciate having free water dispenser at the lobby as well as the use of fridge to store our food.
I wanted to get some local taro fishballs and ”ban cheng kueh” home but couldn't decide on which stall as there were so many nearby! So I asked minshu owner for recommendations and everyone loved it back home. Thank you.
I made this booking in English via trip.com. Didn't receive notifications sent out by minshu owner before my trip. I wouldn't be able to read it anyway. No biggie as we managed to locate the minshu easily based on Baidu map.

Nicely decorated room, and a big advantage of having a swimming pool to relax. The managers are very nice and share all the good tips about the island. That also organize luggage pick up and drop off from the ferry. Highly recommended !

PPengguna Tetamu非常不錯的一次入住，地理位置優越，樓下打車非常方便，吃的也非常多，去白城沙灘看日落很近，去中山路步行街也非常近，我們去步行街吃小吃，然後散步回來也很快，酒店設備都非常不錯，有廚房有廁所，酒店內部設施很新，衞生也非常乾淨整潔，我們住了兩天晚上，中午出去玩的時間，阿姨又重新打掃了一遍，整體來説，挺不錯的，隔音效果挺好的，晚上睡覺也很安靜，還是非常推薦的

Yyyyy哇塞！這家靠海邊的山頂民宿簡直太棒啦！
它在山頂上，那景色，絕了！一眼望去，大海無邊無際，那藍色也很通透
房間超舒服，床軟軟的，我一躺上去就不想起來。佈置也特別温馨，感覺就像在家一樣自在。
小巫管家也很細心 服務細節到位
晚上的時候，我坐在露台上，看着天空一點點暗下來，星星一顆顆冒出來，大海的波浪聲在耳邊響着，那感覺，簡直沒法形容，太美妙了！
在這裏，我把所有的煩惱都丟到了九霄雲外，心裏特別平靜、特別放鬆。下次我還要來，還要帶上我的朋友們，讓他們也感受感受這份美好！

PPengguna TetamuNear airport so no complaints. Took a DiDi cos it's damn affordable. Bus is even more affordable but have to walk slightly further. Either free pickup or drop off only. I choose drop off cos I had a early morning flight. Anyway there was a sign saying no drop offs after 8am. Dunno why.
I reached early and the corridor was like a battlefield, linens all over the floor. At least it showed they really changed the linens in every room.
My room has this frosted window pane and another clear transparent pane on top just outside the toilet. There were no curtains at the window but there is one nearer the bed so I suggest not walking naked from the bed to the toilet.
Receptionist/?boss/driver is the same man. I'm not too sure if I should complain that he was without a smile throughout my check-in process.
Oh and no elevator, for those carrying luggage. The reception is on the 2nd floor.
But lots of nice food in the vicinity!
