PPengguna TetamuWe stayed at sea pearl for four days, and had an excellent time. Very hygienic, and dominic was very helpful. Beautifully kept garden. Only drawback is the access to the property, a very tight squeeze for our xylo. Just leaves two or three inches on either side while driving in the lane at one point. Short walk to the beach. Would recommend sea pearl guest house to anyone looking for a wonderful stay at candolim.

PPengguna TetamuWhen planning the final, Candolim section of our trip to Goa, Shanu's first caught my eye as it seemed to be in a good location but it was difficult to find many reviews from a UK tourist's perspective. Despite this I made a booking for a 1st floor Queen room and it proved to be a very good decision. Shanu's is a large building surrounded by beautiful gardens, located in a quiet, mainly residential area with a couple of other similar guest houses nearby. It is two minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the main road and 10 minutes to Candolim beach road. On checking in we received a friendly greeting before being shown to our room where we were handed our WiFi passwords and 5 large bottles of water, one for each day of our stay. The room had a balcony, accessed via sliding glass doors with insect screens and was equipped with a comfortable double bed, effective quiet air conditioning, a fridge, a kettle and there were plenty of sockets dotted around the room. The modern ensuite bathroom was fitted with a great shower that provided hot water any time of day and room cleaning was carried out whenever required by leaving our key at reception, who also organised a very reasonably priced taxi to take us to the airport. We enjoyed our stay at Shanu's enormously and wouldn't hesitate to stay there when we next visit Candolim.

PPengguna TetamuThis is our first time at serenity by the sea.. a hidden little gem . Five minutes from candolim beach. The hotel has about 16 rooms that I can see. They're basic but actually you have everything you need, fridge,shower ,air con,TV. If you want to watch English TV there really isn't any channels..I found one !! But you don't come away to watch TV I guess! The pool is lovely and right now it's quiet so my husband and I have it to ourselves most days which is nice. The sun beds have no cushions on but been told they are in the process of getting some ..the parasols have seen better days but they still serve a purpose. All in all we would stay here again. Oh and the bed is a little hard ..I find it ok but husband has back ache so we asked for another mattress . No kettle in the room,which is a must for me,but I only had to ask and the lovely lady in charge soon sorted that .
