PPengguna TetamuJahangir cottage is an austere clean and hygienic place of stay with a touch of home. I travel-led solo and i felt completely at home owing to the efforts of dr jahangir the proprietor. He is well-read and provides excellent suggestions for travel whenever sought. This place stands true to its tagline - come as guests and leave as family. I would strongly recommend jahangir cottage to solo travellers and families alike.

PPengguna TetamuLocation of the ' homestay' please bear in mind, its a homestay and not a hotel, is a little far from the town centre market. The rooms are spacious and more or less comfortable. However they are not offering any room heating equipment and it's a major let down in the cold. Mind you the rooms become extremely cold at night and even though they provide as many blankets you need, but the presence of heater is sorely missed. The homestay manager is soft spoken and attentive and tried to solve all our issues to the best of his intentions and i must appreciate his help as without it our stay would have been even more painful. As per him their restaurant was under renovation and due to the remote location of the homestay, getting any food from the market center was always a pain and needed prior planning
