Всё понравилось. Номера были чистые, хорошее расположение чтобы посмотреть Бохол. Но не было горячей воды

Прекрасный отель. Нашла его всего с одним отзывом, съездила посмотрела и сразу забронировала. Отель новенький, очень чистый, красивый, уютный, номера и ванная большие, полностью соответствует фото. В номере есть шампунь-кондиционер, гель для душа, зубные щетки, фен, чай-кофе, заполненный холодильник с ценами, сейф, кондиционер, потолочный вентилятор. Бассейн чистый, выдают полотенца для бассейна. Завтраки по меню: европейские и филиппинские, очень вкусные, не маленькие. В отеле сейчас есть только завтраки, пиво и фрукты можно купить на ресепшене, до другой еды можно добраться пешком или вообще заказать граб-доставку. Отель находится немного в стороне от жизни, но если у вас машина или байк, то проблем нет. Парковка у отеля тоже есть. Единственное, что было странно: мы так и не дождались горячей воды, написано, что стоят солнечные нагреватели, но вода всегда была одинаково прохладная (не совсем холодная, мылись без проблем, но горячей воды не было). Да, вода в душе пресная, а не опресненная.

1. 오후 5시에 체크인을 시도했는데 두시간 가까이 걸림 아직 하우스키핑 시스켐이 없다시피 함 방청소, 어매니티 리필, 수건교환 등을 모두 일일이 몇 번씩 로비에서 요청해야 함 2. 바이크든 차량이든 교통편이 없으면 절대 불편 자가 아동수단이 있으면 추천 3. 정수필터를 사용했는데 샛노랗게 변함 수압은 보홀 섬 내의 경우 괜찮으며 온수 보일러 작동 잘 됨 3. 툭가로 60달러 수준에서 3박예약해서 가성비였음 아무래도 해안가랑 멀다 보니 그 부뷴은 약점. 특가로 60달러 전후로 나온다면 재사용 의향 있음 4. 조식뷔페와 수영장은 그냥 아주 그냥저냥인 수준. 나쁘지도 않고 좋지도 않음. 조식은 수가 적으나 맛은 있는 펀 신규호텔이라 시설은 깨끗하나, 호텔 전반적으로 시스템이 아직 갖춰지지 않은 상태 (2024년 12월 말 숙박)

They cheered us up.; The staff is very polite and tries to help with everything.; Relaxing massage; There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.; Your requests are being listened to. What didn't you like: A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked. We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food. •On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400. •When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited. •Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food. •The leaves in each salad were stale. •Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage. •There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone; I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours. •Hand soap has not been refilled in two days; • The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there; •The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected. • One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it; • Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes. Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask. I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

What a nice quiet and friendly place, I've booked 2 nights and extended for 4 more, very friendly staff, nice and comfortable, powerful wifi, clean place, very safety, with good and powerful hot water shower, very good overall

Amazing swimming pool with lights on at evening time. Nice dining area with a garden of so many kinds of cactuses you can imagine. Thank you for your service.

飯店很新，整體環境很棒啦，服務很熱情 浴室有點小，水壓不是很穩定 網路不好，早餐覺得很棒都很好吃 位置離阿羅娜跟港口都只要15分鐘左右車程。

Отель хороший ,жили один день . Есть кондиционер,вода в бутылке , персонал приветливый .заселил нас раньше на пару часов. Цена качество соответствует , бронировали за 1000песо день в день . До центра пешком не близко , но мы были с байком, поэтому для нас это был отличный вариант цена качество
