It has nice communal areas with garden, shared pool, parking and BBQ. The "Samouqueira Beach Studio" is named after the westcoast beach called Samouqueira, although it is not actually there. The Montes de Praias guesthouse gives the surrounding beach's names to each room, to honor the beautiful Algarvian westcoast. This studio is an independent unit in the guesthouse. Comprises room with double-sized bed and kitchenette, and bathroom with standing shower. The studio has independent access through the outside area.
