The apartment is located in Brasov city, next to the business center Coresi Mall(900 meters) and conveniently located 12 km from Brasov Kimbav International Airport. It is 2.4 kilometers away from Brasov Railway Station and can be reached directly by bus No. 8.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, each room can sleep more than 3 people (1 double bed, 1 sofa bed), 1 communal kitchen and dining room, Bedroom 3 with private toilet, bedrooms 1 and 2 with communal toilet, a terrace, a balcony, apartment with free Wi-Fi, satellite flat-screen TV, washing machine. Guests can prepare meals in the kitchen, which is equipped with a stove, fridge, kitchenware and oven. Spacious apartment with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a washing machine, tea/coffee making facilities and a dining area. Sterilized towels and bath towels are provided, as well as slippers, bed sheets and pillow cases for one person. Free parking is available (reservation required).

這真的是我住過，服務最好最暖心的一家公寓了！真心強推👍👍👍
我和老公臨時起意，來到這裏看煙花跨年。結果一搜住宿，整個城市房價高得離譜，其他平台搜都最少1000人民幣起，只有這家價格“神奇”的良心。我的意大利老公還在懷疑，“靠譜嗎？”
結果住宿環境和照片一模一樣，設施齊全，很乾凈也很安靜，比他之前定的體驗感還好🤣
最主要房東一家人古道熱腸。我那不靠譜的老公開車，跨年夜車陷進了路邊，怎麼都開不出來。和房東電話説了兩句，人家掛了電話麻溜就開車來，把我倆的車拉出來了，還熱情地開着車帶我倆到處找餐廳吃飯。氣温零下的跨年夜，在異鄉遇到咱中國人伸出的援助之手，簡直不要太感動😭

MMarininlonIt is located on a quiet street, on top of a hill in Prund-Schei Area. Free parking. The steep walk downhill to the city centre takes about 15 min. When we came back after dinner, we took Ubers at about RON10/15/trip. Nice views over the wooden hills towards Poiana Brasov, hills where unfortunately a lot of buildings were built in recent years. Large and well decorated room, king size bed with excellent firm mattress, nice bathroom, air-condition, which, despite the heatwave outside, we used very little – the air at night was very pleasant. The breakfast was good but should be improved with some local quality products. Very good service.

PPengguna TetamuWe were greeted by a guy at the reception. Chillest and kindest receptionist i’ve ever met. We got a double premium, and it was good enough for a couple that was using it as a place to sleep/shower only. Hotel has a lot of relatively new facilities, such as: parking under your balcony, a grill, picnic area, some sort of wooden hot tubs outside, location very close to the center, and these are only some if the things we have used. Breakfast was great imo. It’s a buffet style consisting of fruits/vegetables, sweet/normal bread, eggs, sausages, cheeses, and other stuff, along with coffee/tea/water/juice. Didnt have to deal with the lady everyone is talking avout in the comments, didn’t see her there. Cheers to the receptionist, he was always there to make sure you dont have unanswered questions. Cons: Stayed 3 nights, the only “room service” was a guy that asked if we have any garbage. Towels were not changed (but i didnt bother to ask them about that). Even if the breakfast was good, it was repetitive. Lacks a “do not disturb/room needs cleaning” door sign.

PPengguna TetamuThis place is in a perfect location for the main square and the cable car to the mountain, giving you access to all the local eating places, bars and attractions like the Black Church. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was large and very comfortable. The shower was good, with nice water pressure and plenty of hot water. There is a fridge, but no air con. However, we put the fan on a couple of times, and that was fine. Housekeeping comes in daily. Despite being so central, it is a lovely quiet place to stay. My only criticism is that there is no way I could make some tea in the room. The coffee machine in the lobby was appreciated, but a kettle for us tea lovers would be a great addition.

JJohnny HThe location is exceptional, located 10 minutes walk from the old center. Although it is an old building, it is very well maintained, tastefully decorated in order to keep the charm and character of the building. We stayed here for 2 nights and we enjoyed every minute of it. The room very nice, clean and close to the kitchen. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee looking at the view of Mount Tampa. Most certainly we will stay here every time we arrive in Brasov
