I moved to this hotel from another hotel in pai which was even more expensive but not as good. This hotel is located in a small street but very close to the centre It has only 11 rooms, Very clean rooms are beautifully decorated, From the upper floors you can see gorgeous mounting view The service was excellent I am vegan so they made me special breakfast every day, tasty vegetable soup and asked me always if I want a different dish Highly recommend Book in advance

PPengguna TetamuThe Canary really gives your moneys worth. The location is just outside the main drag so you will not hear all the music and parties, but you can walk there in 5 minutes. Cross the river. So you have a lovely river view and quiet time but away from the hustle and buzzle. Many different options on accomodation, depending on your budget. The only problem is no breakfast. In a beautiful tranquil nice setting like this - you would really love to enjoy a breakfast instead of hitting the busy mainsteet right away in the morning, wouldnt you ? Cause thats where you have to go, theres no restaurants around. Thats a bummer, i dont understand why they dont serve breakfast when every other accomodation around does it. Why ?

PPengguna TetamuPai Country Hut was the perfect place to finish our Mae Hong Son loop adventure. The rooms are really nice wooden huts which give out jungle vibes and are just a great place to relax. Ours had a private bathroom at the back which was great and all of them have seating outside the front plus a hammock to chill in. This was so relaxing that we spent most of our time in Pai just chilling out here. Breakfast is simple toast with some spread and a bunch of fruit, coffee and tea which is perfect to start your day with. The location is great in our opinion. Since it's on the other side of the river to the main part of town it's much much quieter and it's only a couple minutes walk to be in the hustle and bustle of the town. We highly recommended staying here if you're coming to Pai!

DdaThe most important thing to know about this place is, it's rural. This has many implications: Cons - the grounds are very beautiful, at night with the stars out, and during the day when u can see the surrounding fields. Sunsets are gorgeous out here. - We saw plenty of children running around and having a fantastic time. - Laid back natural atmosphere. Cons - the ground can be seen between the floorboards, this means very poor insolation and it got very cold in December. - The floorboards creak. Alot. You'll hear your neighbor's every step. - The doors are flimsy and do not shut we'll. - The bathroom is external, and though private and large is exposed to some degree to external element. I liked it alot, but my partner did not. In any case, can get pretty cold on there at night I wouldn't worry about safety, felt pretty safe to me. Bottom line, very good vibe but rudimentary services.

亚亚当Absolutely stunning little cottage cabins perched on the bottom slope of a hill. Close enough to the east side of ”downtown” pai (especially if you rent a bike). The sunset views from second floor bungalow balconies (I recommend #7; no one staying directly below) and the two cabins around the little pond are fantastic. For the negatives, the close proximity of the cabins can be annoying (when, for example, you have a selfish gap-year kid next door listening to his lame-ass music at midnight), which also means there's not a lot of sound privacy to most of the cabins. But it's not unbearable. The shower pressure is crappy (same as most places), and I would have liked bottled water every day, or a way to get drinking water other than walking to the reception during working hours to get more water. Overall, a really beautiful spot and well managed, recommended.

PPengguna TetamuMeine Frau buchte ein Zimmer in diesem Hotel. Als ich ankam zeigte man mir die Unterkunft, ein alter Wohnwagen. Okay, rustikal, kein Problem. Ich legte meine Sachen in den Wohnwagen und ging wieder, ohne mich groß umzusehen. Das war ein Fehler! Wir kamen in der Nacht erst wieder und dann sahen wir die Bescherung. Alles alt und vergammelt. Besonders die Nasszelle war widerlich. Schimmel und verrostete Teile. Okay, wir hatten nun nichts anderes. Das Bett war groß und wir konnten jede Feder der Matratze fühlen. Am nächsten Tag zeigte ich die Bilder dem Besitzer. Er erzählte mir was von Booking.com. Ich sagte ihm, nicht Booking.com ist verantwortlich für dieses Loch sonder er. Wir sollten 1.700 THB für die Nacht bezahlen. Nach dem ich gedroht hatte, allen die beim Frühstück saßen, die Bilder zu zeigen, schwenkte er um und wir mussten nichts bezahlen. Hat aber sofort bei Booking.comm storniert, so dass wir da keine Bewertung mehr abgeben können. Ich halte es für eine Frechheit, so ein Loch überhaupt anzubieten! Und dann noch zu diesem Preis!

Ddeanosaur89We stayed here for over a week during our time in Pai and enjoyed it. Not only is it cheap it has a good location that is very walkable to nearby restaurants, shops and scooter rental outfits. We got a lower room (112) that was very spacious, had a comfy bed, nice couch, great AC mini fridge and a small balcony outside. Our room was very quiet, but we did have some noisy upstairs neighbors at one point. Our friends had a smelly room at the beginning and the staff did their best to rectify, but they had to switch rooms. We stayed here in mid March so there is smoke in Pai which gave our bathroom a smoky smell in the morning. Wifi is spotty at this hotel and we had issues during our stay, but the hotel has many access points you can switch between.

However the building is lacking maintenance on lots of places and because of that it’s sometimes very dangerous (rotten balustrades, open 220v connections in the shower). The breakfast is very basic. Owners are friendly and the location is close to the night bazar.

WWin ShweIt was such a great stay there. We can even watch the sunrise from our room. The environment is quiet and clean. There is no rental service around there, but uncle dropped us in town to rent a motorbike by his car and it was free service. There’s free coffee, bread, and fruits and you can get as much as you want. You can make BBQ yourself also. We accidentally burned the plates and we asked to pay for them, but they refused to be paid. It’s worth to stay there compared with the price.

DDan SMy favourite place I’ve stayed so far, lovely location, beautiful view and had the most amazing sunset there. Nice bar and social area to chat to everyone. Everyone staying there was lovely. Want to write this review because of Nopphon or as everyone referred to him as Ning. He was honestly so kind and helpful and gave us some very good recommendations and helped us a lot, he also became a friend and I’m sure I’ll have to come back so that he has a chance at beating me at pool! Cola and Jack are the nicest dogs I’ve ever met and I miss them ahahah. So maybe I’ll come back just for the dogs! Easy walk into town. Lovely place to learn to ride a moped. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, nice cafes near by. Had the best stay here, we stayed in a hut for the two of us, good temperature at night and in the day it’s hot but you’re barely there anyway because there’s so much to do.
