It’s pretty much impossible to say enough wonderful things about the Ferme and its people. The room was superbly comfortable with every possible amenity and an attendant who polished it every time we left. The grounds are magnificent with sage and lavender, hydrangeas , roses and laden apple trees in perfect order. The food - especially the outstanding breakfast display - was fabulous and inventive, complete with fromage blanc and a gigantic honeycomb. Truly, however, it was the people attending us day and night who made our stay so memorable. They were incomparable. Nothing seemed too much; they were warm and charming and often very funny. This was our third stay here and I can’t imagine anywhere else in the world being so perfect. Merci from the Shafers

Not sure how this hotel merits 4 stars. In price maybe, but nothing else. Unable to check in to our room until 4:30 for a start. Service was mediocre at best. I understand a historic building has its charm, and I’m more than comfortable paying over the odds for hotels in great locations but the price of this place and the absolute shocking state of the rooms left a lot to be desired. Half the electrics in the room didn’t work nor the telephone to tell them nothing worked. The sinks wouldn’t drain when brushing your teeth. It wasn’t that hot outside but the room was hot to the point we had 2 fans going and all the windows open. Sadly with the windows open it meant we had to listen to everything going on outside all night long. The walking tours apparently end outside the hotel at 10:30 and then multiple rounds of applause. When we finally managed to get to sleep we were woken at 5:40 by the rubbish collection and the emptying of about 500 glass bottles. The staff were uninterested with the feedback “it’s an old hotel” then don’t charge such extortionate prices per room. Would not recommend this hotel.

Notre séjour au Clos de Grace a été tout simplement merveilleux. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par l'équipe, ce qui nous a immédiatement fait sentir chez nous. L'établissement est un véritable havre de paix et de convivialité, impeccablement entretenu et décoré avec un grand souci du détail. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, avec des lits d'excellente qualité qui garantissent une nuit de sommeil réparatrice. De plus, Le Clos de Grace offre toutes les installations possibles pour un séjour relaxant, d'une salle de sport bien équipée à une superbe piscine. L'environnement est idyllique, entouré de nature et de calme, ce qui ajoute à l'atmosphère sereine de ce lieu unique. Le Clos de Grace est un point de départ idéal pour ceux qui recherchent des vacances reposantes avec une touche de luxe. Nous reviendrons certainement !
