The hotel room was comfortable and perfect for solo business travelers. The pricing is very cost-effective for what you are getting. The location is pretty good, with restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets within walking distance. The MTR is not far either. The rooms are compact but very comfortable. My experience was definitely above my expectations, and it has become my regular hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui now.

I was staying there for 5 days 4 nights. I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The room was quite small, and the bathroom was even worse. Every time I took a shower, the bathroom floor would get soaked and whole area get wet. The curtains couldn’t even be fully closed, leaving little privacy. The sound insulation was poor—I could hear people talking loudly in the hallway. However, the worst experience was waking up each morning with itchy, red, and inflamed bites all over my body, particularly in the groin area. This was extremely uncomfortable and disturbing. I will not be returning to this hotel and cannot recommend it to others.

It is clean. The staffs were friendly, especially the uncle by the door is very friendly and accommodating. The room is big and better than similar room at that price range. I got a slight hiccup where the receptionist gave me a downgraded room, I’m sure it is unintentional mistake, but have to go down again to switch room. They do not provide a water bottle, and the indoors slippers are as thin as a paper. But again, the room is spacious.

The hotel location is good, very convenient. Next to Mong Kok East MTR station and Moko Mall. The check-in and check-out process were fast and easy, less than 5 mins. The staff are well prepared. The room were clean and neat. The Bathroom has a standing bath area and a bath tub.

The location is about a 10 min walk to Olympic station and then only another couple of stops (10 min) thorough to Central. I had the Executive suite which was VERY spacious for a room in Hong Kong. Very nice view along with a nice western selection breakfast. The staff and service was exceptional. I'll most definitely be back.

The hotel is actually recommended. It is one of the best location when staying in hongkong. Very near the subway station, bustop and even taxi drop off and pick up. Its very near shipping malls too..

It was a night mare suppose to be staying there for 10 days the reason choose there is the location and got basic need such as wifi - common thing. First day arrived no wifi can be access and no TV as well what a nightmare ! Front desk staff ms wong was rude no apologise at all just say nothing they can do . End up need to get trip.com involved to get refund apparently hotel been rejected it twice I was not happy at all this case been escalated finally resolved and finally re book a much nicer one even have to pay more . Worse hotel been in over advertised there is no in room WiFi at all no Tv no one has been informed . So far they had not apologised to the guess

The hotel room is clean. When we check in, the receiptionist was help us upgrade the room type which is bigger room sized compare with our booking. The aircond is cool. This is a add point to us as we travel in summer (end of july). The only disadvantage is the hotel is far from the train mongkok station. The distance is need to walk 7-10 min from station to hotel. But surround has many food store and McDonald's.

The front desk service was standard. Housekeeping staff were very enthusiastic. The hotel facilities are not new, but they are well-maintained. When the air conditioner, dryer, and air purifier are all on in the room, the noise level is quite high, which can be disruptive at night. You may choose to turn them off yourself. The hotel's buffet breakfast mainly features Hong Kong local style and Indian style dishes, with relatively few vegetables.
