I recently stayed at Regent Hong Kong from June 8-9, 2024, and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with amazing views of Victoria Harbour. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning harbour view that I couldn't get enough of. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a great variety of options, and I also enjoyed a wonderful dinner at their restaurant where the food and service were top-notch. Overall, Regent Hong Kong provided a perfect stay, and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely be back!

The view is very nice and the room is clean. Not good for a rainy day as no covered walkway from MTR to hotel entrance though it's very close by, but definitely prime location.

Once I heard the news for the hotel to be renovated, I have so high expectation to stay in here. So far so good.

The hotel just opened early this month. Everything is nice and well designed. The 180 harbour view is spectacular. The pool also has a gray view of K11 and the coastal park in TST. The in room food were ok but the breakfast buffet was great.

I had during my recent stay at Regent Hotel. The level of service and attention to detail provided by their staff truly exceeded my expectations. Upon check-in, I was greeted by Experience Manager , who proactively inquired about my IHG membership and informed me about the available discounts. This personalized touch made me feel valued as a guest right from the start. Furthermore, I would like to commend for her thoughtfulness in guiding me to an alternative route through the shopping mall to the hotel, considering the sweltering heat on the day of my arrival. Her suggestion spared me from the discomfort of walking outside and sweating profusely. I was impressed by her attentiveness in remembering my surname and using it when addressing me. It added a personal touch to the service and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. During breakfast at Harbourside, both the manager and the kitchen staff took the initiative to check if the food suited my taste. Their genuine concern for guest satisfaction was evident and greatly appreciated. Whether it was the dinner buffet or the breakfast spread, Harbourside offered a delightful selection of delicious dishes. Moreover, while I was enjoying a swim in the pool, the staff proactively approached me to offer sunscreen and provided assistance in using the pool changing room lockers, as I was unfamiliar with the process. The proactive nature of your employees was consistent throughout my stay, and it reflected a well-trained and dedicated team. Overall, my stay at Regent Hotel was truly enjoyably

經常來香港出差，可以説麗景的整體設計風格是最好的，前台服務態度也是很熱情，同時也試了自助餐，品類種類有點失望沒想象的那麼多，一個人980多港幣，主要賣環境望着維港吃飯很舒服，唯一不滿意是浴室的手把跟衣櫃手把不好打開，而且很鋒利，把我手指割傷，淋浴間的花灑水量也是不足。

看我們帶了孩子，前台的Cindy主動升級了更豪華的房型，還能看海，很大的驚喜。 其他小驚喜也不少，每天都送了小化粧品，回來時發現散落在沙發上的衣服已被疊好，數據線也被收納整齊，絕大部分員工都會普通話，借雨傘根本不問你是不是客人。 外賣用keeta，**香港版，吃過的冰室沒有踩雷的，滿大街都能用付款寶微信，很方便 酒店這的雲很好看 尖東地鐵站J2出口一出來就是 記得給孩子辦八達通，退卡時收11塊的手續費，但是一路坐車打折，絕對省回來了
