We recommend first timers to choose this place. It has the basic needs and is accessible to everything.

The staff are nice and the room is decent and spacious. They let us leave our luggage to be able maximize our time while waiting for our flight. Thank you especially to Pui Sze! You made our trip hassle free.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!! We had a very terrible experience at this hotel. We arrived around 10-11 PM only to find a notice on their office door stating that check-in is only until 7 PM. The notice mentioned a number for remote check-in if arriving after 7 PM. We called the provided phone numbers numerous times, but no one answered. Exhausted from traveling, we ended up waiting outside the office door until 10 AM the next day for them to open. To our disappointment, we weren't the only ones; a group of families faced the same situation. When the office finally opened at 10 AM, the staff was incredibly rude, despite us waiting for almost 12 hours. We didn't even receive an apology, and they couldn't explain why the provided number wasn't answering. Furthermore, the room provided to us was not yet cleaned or ready for check-in guests. The blankets and pillows appeared as if someone had just checked out of the room, and there were fallen hairs scattered everywhere. Additionally, the bathroom was still wet, giving the impression that someone had just used it. When I requested new bedding, a pillowcase, and a blanket from the staff, he simply handed them to me, expecting me to change and clean the room myself. This was an incredibly exhausting experience, especially considering we had waited outside their office for more than 12 hours. LESSON LEARNED: Always check if your hotel’s reception is open 24-hours.

-Great location by 2 mins to MRT station -Great value of money, suitable for a budget vacation. -Average size of room,by this really reasonable price. -Very few available working staff, so it would take some time to get help(finishing check in etc.) ,but some staffs are quite nice and friendly tho. Quite pleasant journey for me and my friend.

Solo Traveler – stayed here for 6 nights. Near all the shopping center, restaurants and MTR. Very convenient cause there’s 7/11, Cafe De Coral and dispensaries below. Staff were nice, they fixed the door handle of my shower. You may also leave your luggages prior your flight if you have enough time to roam around. They also have hot & cold showers. Working perfectly fine. Aircon is freezing cold so i had to always switch it to fan mode cause there are moist everywhere. Free mineral water with hot and cold dispenser. Cons would be, they did not change my towel for the past 7 days. Good thing i booked my room for 2pax and they gave me 2 towels which i used for my whole stay . Overall, i would tecommend and stay here again if i comeback :)
