Ulasan Timehouse (Hong Kong Hostel Group)

Clean, great location, nice staff. Mind the 100 hkd deposit. I did pay as much as I would for a hotel in Europe, but given the room could have been used by two people, it was a fair price for Hong Kong.

First time here, quite impressive! The bed is neat and tidy, I slept here only 1 night and regret that I already booked another already, cuz I wanna be here more.

They don't have laundry, as it says in info. It's laundry service in the building for its cost. Not inside the hostel. Plus towel is paid too. So i hadn't washed as i hadn't had my own and the cleanliness of theirs... Other is very goog. Neighbours are good. There is spacious there. There are shampoo and hand soap in the bathroom. A little bit wet and better be aware of slipery floor.

It was very comfortable. It was convenient to use the bus, subway, and tram all because it was close, and they cleaned the rooms every day! There were no bugs, and they were kind. Thank u.

Good beds, great curtains, comfortable stay. I had to ask for an extra blanket as it was very cold when I stayed, no problems with this. My only issue is that my key card didn't work one night when I returned. I was very lucky that someone from my room walked out and let me in. Later it turned out I was given an old card and should have been issued a new one instead. The staff was very apologetic. Good stay!

the staffs are very friendly and nice, good location and the room is better than I thought. The only one thing that is not good is the toilet, the equipment are old and broken some time. It's a good choice for solo travelers.

Value for money 10/10 for its location, Causeway Bay. Receptionist was friendly, room and facilities was clean and surprisingly the room size is very reasonable (for Hong Kong, the price vs room is excellent especially for its location. If you prefer a larger room, you should book a hotel and pay 3x-5x the price) Would I return in future? 100% Yes

Very convenient location, clean rooms, female dorm is very spacious, but unfortunately the individual lamps over the beds don’t work and the ventilation system is a bit too noisy. There’s no view from the window, but I find it’s still a great option for value, if you’re planning on staying outside all day and just come to sleep. They ask cash deposit for the key (50) and towel (100). No laundry. But can store luggage.

Comfortable rooms, clean, with all necessary facilities. Deposit for room and towel will bring back after leave. Very close to subway station and to Chinese visa center

Poor value for money and ineffective Wi-Fi. I lost connection to an important meeting as the signal was insufficient.

Good accomodation, quite central and well connected. Simple. If you are a light sleeper not ideal

The room and toilet is very clean. Toilet is small but that’s not a big issue as long as it is clean and functional. Located very near to Causeway Bay exit D. Bus stop for airport bus A11 is very as well.

Really good the reception lady was pretty kind.
