Very good food across the road from hotel, both MTR stations 500 meters from hotel, convenient

The room is good, the television is good, it is a smart television with YouTube.

I lived in this hotel about a week ago, my first time! Was quite impressed overall! That’s why I decided to book this hotel again this week, even bumping it up to a better room (double the price)! Quite disappointed because it’s only a bit bigger with everything pretty much the same! Most disappointed was a few hair on the pillows! Well, will pick other hotels next time!

Unsanitary hotel

The room was super comfortable and clean!! The amenities are basic but there are coffee + tea packs, as well as a kettle to boil water; but don't expect those to be fancy at all. Recommend to bring your own drinks to enjoy in-rooom. It felt more like a service apartment to me than a regular "hotel" style type of services which is exactly what I needed for the purpose of my stay. NOC is one of my favourite coffee place in HK and I was glad it's right next to it! I also love the location of this hotel!!

The location was great, not too noisy and messy, and there are supermarkets, fast food store and convenience stores nearby; the hotel was nice clean and tidy, looks like a brand new one!

The facility are new and tidy and location is convenient. It’s a recommended spot for budget hotel.

The front-desk staff was super friendly and helpful. I arrived a bit early then the 2 PM check-in time, yet she checked and find a room available and helped me check in before time. She also helped me with the electric outlet adapter. The room service was also super helpful as I stayed for 17 days. There are a dehumidifier in the room and it allows me to set the comfortable room humidity which was critical in the humid summer in Hong Kong. The room was small but typical in average hotels in Hong Kong. The only thing that can be improved was that there's no air conditioning in the aisle and elevator lobbies in floors other than the ground level. The location is very convenient with public transportation, restaurants and all kinds of stores.

A little distance from the MTR but the location is good. Lots of eatery nearby and the local supermarket is just opposite the hotel. Room is clean and modern. Recommended to stay at this hotel.

Pretty clean and close from subway. The room is tiny, but I guess it's ok for Hong Kong

Love the smart TV function with Netflix available, everything is great, good location, good service, and high quality of cleanness. The price is so worth it for such a great experience staying in eco tree hotel.
