Kelebihan: Lokasi yang sangat baik dan daftar masuk/daftar keluar yang mudah. Juga agak murah Keburukan: bangunan itu agak suram, dan membuatkan saya agak tidak selesa pada masa-masa sebagai pengembara wanita solo, jadi saya tidak akan mengesyorkan jika anda seorang. Saya pasti akan menempah bilik double, walaupun bilik itu kecil, dan tidak boleh memuatkan dua orang. Bilik-bilik bujang saya tidak dapat bayangkan. Saya juga fikir ia agak menyedihkan untuk bersendirian. Mungkin jika anda tidak bercadang untuk menghabiskan banyak masa di dalam bilik tidak mengapa, tetapi saya benar-benar tidak mahu berada di sana terlalu lama.

We arrived late night, almost beating the 11PM check in time; but we were assisted promptly. The building is old and not so clean; but the room itself is clean(no roaches, white clean and good-smelling linens and towels, with cold AC, working hot water system, and a good view of K11 Art Mall. Overall stay was pleasant. Location is very very good, accessible to everything.

I love the location near shopping malls. But the cleanliness of the room is poor but tolerable. The first room they gave us is the worst they gave us a room with just a shower curtain as a door to the restroom. I cant afford sleeping while someone is pooping it smells the whole room. And You cant open your luggage without putting it on top of the bed. After 1 night i ask to be transferred to a different room since the first time we requested they told us they are fully booked and told us to transfer the next day but we need to pay 100 hkd for cleaning fee. If you have a budget for a hotel booking this hotel is not an option. Attached pic is the first room they booked for us. The same room was given but with a door for the restroom.

The service provided was okay. We did not encounter any issues while checking in and out of the hostel. Likewise, we did not encounter any issues with the room provided to us as well. Given that we spent most of our time outside, it is nice to have a decent place to have a good night's rest and gear up for the next day. For budget travellers, or those who are looking place for a clean and comfortable place to sleep during your stay in Hong Kong, we would definately recommend this place!

Do not believe the rating in this hotel!!! Customers are being bribed for good reviews in exchange of free luggage storage (see picture for proof). The room was old and in need of maintenance, the bathroom especially always stinked of sewage. The toilet stopped flushing after two times, the water tap was loose, the shower head wall attachement was missing and it was impossible to change the water temperature. Went to the reception to complain but they didn't do anything. The towels were old and had stains and holes in them. Additionally, you can't change the temperature of the AC unit so it was always too cold and the air was dry. But turn it off and you would suffocate in the sewage smell 🤢 Do not go!!!

They ask for a 5 star review in return for late checkout, that’s why the score of this hotel is so high. Room was dirty, there were holes in the towels, very moist room without any windows, one of us got sick because of the moist, tiny bed for 2 people, the bed was not comfortable at all, no shower cabin just a shower on top of a toilet. Woman at the desk did not speak to us, was on the phone the whole time during check in. Only positive: the price and the location. We would skip it next time

The location is good but the accommodation was terrible. We checked in and checked out within minutes. The room was filthy and stinky. Full of bugs. The shower is over the toilet and air conditioner was full of black mould.

The place is really close to everywhere, to go an avenue of the star only takes couple minutes by walking. The front desk is very kind and give a bigger room for us (give room for 3 person we only buy for couple). There is many local coffee shop near the hotel.

Location wise highly recommend but cleaning wise still to be improved
