Cindy is a good receptionist. "Happy Birthday" cake and choco were well arranged by her. As it rained cats and dogs on 20th April night, we were wet while going to the hotel from the MTR station. Movable TV and YouTube channel were impressed. Free 1st round mini bar was not ignored. In conclusion, it is a nice stay for us.

Furthermore, the absence of a bathtub in the replacement room was a letdown, especially with a young child. Another setback was the unexpected closure of the pool for maintenance, which was unfortunate, and we wish there had been prior notice to plan our activities accordingly. Despite these setbacks, the hotel's overall ambiance and amenities were commendable, contributing to a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, striving to address our concerns promptly. In conclusion, while our stay had its challenges, the Hong Kong Marriott Ocean Park Hotel offers a pleasant atmosphere and satisfactory amenities, making it a decent choice for families. However, improvements in communication and service maintenance could enhance the overall guest experience.

Before booking I called to ask if they had a halal kitchen. Was told there is. Upon reaching was told there was none. Booked a 5 day stay with breakfast 🤦. We made do. The pool was also close. The website didn't indicate that. The room was nice and clean. The location among the mountains is something to appreciate. Concierge Alexander and Ruby are welcoming and very very helpful. My kids are shy but they manage to make them feel comfortable. Room service is fast and efficient. We didn't need to wait long if we made any requests.

Friendly, serene atmosphere, welcoming staff, they are willing to help with a smile. There was a nice staff who working in gym room, he was very helpful and show us around. Nice breakfast with many cuisine options. Highly recommended for the family trip with kids.

My 9 year old daughter and i stayed for two nights. The room was really spacious by HK standards. Very clean and bright. Super comfy bed. Very quiet and peaveful. Lovely long couch by the window for lazing. The pool was really great too.
