I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was great, from the comfort and cleanliness of the room to the quality of service. The location was especially outstanding! Very convenient and close to key places, which made the trip much easier and more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Location is superb. Right next to Tsim Sa Tsui MTR station. Room is very small with 2 small double beds. Very tight and hardly any walking space. Toilet is decent enough for this price point. Water heater and pressure is good.

The location of the hotel is good, but the whole place is very small. our luggage cannot fit the space, the Chinese owner is very accommodating but the Filipinas staff is very rude.

Staff is very friendly and willing giving advise about transportation services price and which transportation is more convenient and values. Even unsure information the staff also search on internet and send me to refer 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

After communication, they paid the price difference for the double room and converted to a standard double room. After check-in, strangers kept coming in and out of the room (every 30 minutes). We The staff inquired about the guest for security reasons and politely told the guest not to gather in large groups. (According to the Hong Kong SAR government guidelines, smoking is not allowed in all areas of the hotel, including the restrooms. Illegal ***** are not allowed into the hotel. Hotel staff have the right to refuse anyone under the influence of *****. Or people under the influence of alcohol may check into the hotel and be ordered to leave) The guest later left dissatisfied and said he would leave a bad review about us online! Our store is deeply sorry for this unreasonable negative review!

The room was very small, which is normal for Hong Kong, but it had the bare essentials, just enough for a shower and sleeping, so it did the job and it was unique. The neighborhood is great, the subway is right across the street, the staff (Emil) were very friendly, and it's really well located.

I stayed here for a business trip, but I couldn't sleep at all that night. I had to force myself to be energetic to meet clients the next day. The location is great, but everything else was far from ideal. I'm sharing this for other guests' reference. If you only care about the location and have no other requirements, it's perfectly fine to stay here. However, if you're considering overall comfort, I wouldn't recommend it. First, after arriving, I waited at the door for a full 15 minutes. I added the hotel on WeChat, but no one responded. It was only after a local resident in the building nearby took pity on me and called the landlord that I was finally added. At that time, a traveler like me would definitely want to get to my room and rest quickly, but they still demanded a 500 RMB deposit. After inquiring about the possibility of credit card pre-authorization, I transferred the money directly to the landlord's Alipay account (which is a personal account) before finally getting into the room. The room had a window that couldn't be opened, allowing only one person to stand in it. The most unacceptable thing was that the bed and toilet were right next to each other in a tiny cubicle. Ventilation at night relied on a loud exhaust fan; you could choose not to turn it on, but the toilet smell was always there. There were no disposable toothbrushes or toothpaste; the landlord said that after the regulations came into effect, they couldn't provide them for free. These were minor issues, though. The real problem was the itchy bedding, and the pillows and sheets were all the kind of disposable bedding used in mainland China—I don't know if they'd been changed. Eventually, I had no choice but to use my coat as a blanket. In short, I didn't sleep a wink that night. For someone on a business trip, especially with a meeting the next day, it was a real headache. I couldn't wait to return the next day. Everyone knows Hong Kong is incredibly expensive, but for a cubicle costing nearly HK$600, I really hope they pay attention to hygiene and ventilation. In short, this wasn't a proper hotel; it was a shared room partitioned from a large room. Aside from its good location, there's not much else to say.

I traveled with a friend this time. The room was smaller than expected, but it was well-equipped. The air conditioning, which instantly cooled, and the readily available hot water were all great additions to the trip.
I don't know if it was the soundproofing or the other guests' politeness, but it wasn't too noisy. The hotel is also very proactive in addressing any issues you might have. For example, my adapter was bent and wouldn't fit, and they helped me fix it. I didn't feel like I had to deal with it myself.
Transportation is also very convenient. The MTR is just across the street, and restaurants are within a five-minute walk. Even after 10 p.m., there are still plenty of options. It's very convenient!

The transportation is very convenient, and the dining options are good. The room is quite small, but that's how it is in Hong Kong, where every inch of land is worth a lot of money. This is an apartment type, with a large room divided into more than a dozen small rooms. It may be a bit unacceptable for those who are used to staying in mainland hotels. However, the customer service attitude is very polite. The cleaning staff may not notice that there are still things left in the refrigerator. The air conditioner has no fan blades and blows directly at the bed. You can only turn it on and off for a while when you sleep for fear of catching a cold. You also have to pay a deposit of 500. Overall, it is average.

Environment: The hotel of the store is not a traditional hotel in the mainland, it is similar to a small apartment building with small rooms (very small, probably smaller than the bathroom in everyone's home, finally I have a deep understanding of 9 square meters) The video was taken by me standing at the door, it is very small, there is no trash can in the bathroom, you can touch the top with your hand, the big person is really cautious, I compared many hotels on Ctrip at that time, and this one has a good review. I thought all the houses in Hong Kong were like this, until today I booked a hotel of the same price and slightly farther away (Hong Kong MTR is very convenient and not far away, this one is a bit close to Chungking Mansions, there are many Indians, be careful) and I realized how unsuitable this one was for me
Facilities: There was a computer or TV, I didn't study it, I ordered it with a board, the air conditioner was very old, and the smell when it just blew out was a bit pungent

It was not expensive but not cheap. Although its location is very good, it is not worth it. For the same money, it is really convenient to live farther away and take the subway, and the experience will be better. Moreover, if you book a hotel, there will be a shuttle bus, the service staff will open the door and provide services, the hotel will give a complaint phone number in advance, and if there is really anything, at least there is a guarantee.
