Reka bentuk hiasan dan susun atur hotel sangat ber***a. Saiz bilik di Hong Kong dan harganya berpatutan. Satu-satunya kekurangan adalah bahawa penyaman udara tidak berkesan. Walaupun pembersih udara dalaman Xiaomi dihidupkan, ia tidak berguna. Akhirnya, udara di dalam bilik basah. Peredaran dan pelepasan udara perlu diubah.

Seperti reka bentuk! Ia mempunyai pemain muzik kecil dengan kualiti yang baik! Dimainkan sepanjang malam!

We absolutely adored the view from panoramic windows on the 21st floor of our room! The rooms are clean, bright and well lit with extremely good plumbing, but the air conditioning unit is unfortunately situated right above the bed, so it is always directed at one person or the other. Water dispensing unit could be better, bigger and faster. The room is outfitted with only local electric outlets and the hotel doesn’t provide any adapters - you will have to find them yourselves. The staff is pleasant and hospitable and the location is very good with subways, restaurants, bus stops and currency exchange very close by.

Nice place to stay , satisfied with complimentary free drinks. Hope to sustain and continuously improve room quality

A very spacious stay with a reasonable price in Hong Kong. The location is ideal, MTR nearby and surrounded with various restaurants. Not to forget to mention there is the Marshall speaker in the room too.

I love the experience when staying in the hotel but the location is not that good.

I went many hotel only this hotel no provide mineral water and no cleanup my teapot second day . Overall counter service is good n helpful

location is near the MYR station (~5mins) with quite a few 7-11s nearby for late night snacks. hotels had the typical amenities with a water dispenser in the hallway

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel located in Tsim Sha Tsui on Austin Road. The proximity to the Jordan MTR station, just an 8-minute walk away, made it convenient for exploring the area and accessing public transportation. The hotel is surrounded by malls and popular food spots like Australia Dairy Co., offering a variety of dining options. During my stay, I booked the signature greenery room, which was spacious enough to accommodate our 2 large luggages. The room had a cozy ambiance with tasteful interior decor, and a highlight was the Marshall speaker that my music-loving boyfriend enjoyed using daily. The room was impeccably clean, and we appreciated the complimentary drinks provided each day. Although we encountered a minor inconvenience with a toilet issue that required us to move to another room, the staff handled the situation with professionalism and generosity. They apologized for the inconvenience and even offered complimentary croissants and coffee for the remaining days of our stay. One aspect that stood out to me was the exceptional friendliness of the staff. While I didn't catch her name, there was a staff member who always greeted us warmly and went above and beyond to assist us. On our last day, she even helped us book a taxi, escorted us to the vehicle, and graciously assisted with our belongings. Her kindness and attentiveness truly enhanced our overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Tsim Sha Tsui. The combination of excellent service, clean accommodations, and convenient location made it an enjoyable visit.

Quite and simple, small room but already enough, easy to fine and got 2 7-11 nearby, very convenient Just one thing, I cant connect my phone with the speaker thru bluetooth. Oh, can bring your own bottle to fill water on the corridor, eco-friendly, nice!
