The price is okay, but the room is a bit small, haha. The front desk girl had a great attitude.

This hotel is absolutely terrible. The room facilities are old and rundown, and the bathroom is probably only about 0.6 square meters – you can't even turn around when showering. What's more, the front desk staff's attitude is appalling, especially the man with glasses; his demeanor was extremely poor. We're paying customers, not here to be treated badly. I don't know why Ctrip would partner with such a垃圾 (garbage) hotel.

This rating is so low, but after experiencing it, I feel it's still not low enough. I was already prepared before coming, but opening the door still gave me a huge shock. It's on par with a几十块钱 (a few dollars) motel in mainland China. It's incredibly noisy; you can hear everything. The bathroom is also super tiny; you can't even turn around when showering. In the middle of the night, the fire alarm went off. I was already asleep, and it scared the living daylights out of me.

It's quiet around here, not noisy at all. For Hong Kong, the room size is perfectly adequate, and the shower has good water pressure. The lady at the front desk was gentle and lovely. Given that it was Chinese New Year, the price was quite reasonable.

The rooms are small and cramped, and without air conditioning, they were quite cold. There's no heating in the rooms. The location is very convenient for transportation, with the subway and bus stations nearby. However, the facilities are old, and the soundproofing is extremely poor. You can hear the snoring from the next room… consider carefully before booking.

there was the cutest front desk lady i ever met. she is so kind that when I didn't get well prepare of deposit, she asked me to paid afterwards and gave me the room to settle my belongings.

The location and price were good, but unfortunately my experience at check in was disappointing. I booked a non-smoking room, but the room I received had a very strong, unpleasant smell. I had to request a room change right away. The staff assisted, but this issue should not happen in a non-smoking room. Overall, the stay was okay, but the cleanliness and room condition need improvement.

At first look in the internet it’s quite clear that the room is small but in personal you will be disappointed in the fact that the space is small really. Staff is not that friendly, they took 150 dollars as tax in hongkong (non refundable )which honestly I don’t experience in other hotels we stayed before. Take not it’s not refundable. Then ask 500 deposit in room (refundable the receptionist said) but didn’t explain that if you use card it will take 1 month before you get your money back. What if I need that money right? They only change the bedding every 3 days. No free water at the hotel also.

The room was pretty nice and clean. The furnitures and decors were a bit deteriorating but not too bad.

Poor noise isolation and the kids are yelling all the time Thats annoying

The woman at the front desk, with medium-length hair and bangs, had a terrible attitude – she was arrogant, rude, and unprofessional! My room was on the 10th floor, and I heard what sounded like a blender or washing machine running every ten to fifteen minutes throughout the night. I won't be coming back.
