Hotel ini berasa seperti telah menghancurkan jenama percutian! Sebagai tambahan kepada lokasi, dewan hampir tidak boleh, pengalaman perasaan lain sangat teruk tanya soalan sahaja Satu: Sanitasinya kasar, tab mandinya visceral dan melekit (dengan gambar) Dua: Lifnya sangat kecil, yang tidak sebaik hotel ekspres bandar Tiga: Kerusi di dalam bilik sudah terkelupas Empat: Persekitaran sanitasi keseluruhan berasa teruk. Hotel 2,000 malam itu tidak mempunyai penyesuai percuma, jadi boleh meminjamnya, tetapi tiada berus gigi untuk kanak-kanak. Di tengah malam, ada kereta yang lalu lalang dengan laju dan sangat bising. The location is amazing but the service was very disappointing this time. I arrived late at night and saw the cockroach running around the wall. It was very disgusting. I called the reception and the cleaning lady came to take care of it, but they didn’t offer to change a room until I requested. Also no apologies from the hotel. Also when checking out, they asked me to pay for plastic disposal fee. They should have explained it when I checked in.

The hotel located in the middle of the shopping district which has many restaurants and shops to enjoy! The room was clean and comfortable. If you take A21 bus from airport, the stop is just in front the hotel!! Recommend for staying ~~

This hotel is good for location. Room is quite old, the water ststem in my room was not good. 10 dollars HK per person and per stay , maybe not too much for water and amentinites kit , but I think is not impressive for us.

The front desk service was standard. Housekeeping staff were very enthusiastic. The hotel facilities are not new, but they are well-maintained. When the air conditioner, dryer, and air purifier are all on in the room, the noise level is quite high, which can be disruptive at night. You may choose to turn them off yourself. The hotel's buffet breakfast mainly features Hong Kong local style and Indian style dishes, with relatively few vegetables.

I love this hotel they offered me an upgrade for a fraction of a cost, our room is big and always cleaned. Also the location is perfect it is in the center of TST just across K11 Art Mall and very near to very good restaurants and cafe! Would definitely come back here!

This hotel not provide hair dryer in the room, the room and the hallway smelly. the room a little bit old. then there is very little power socket. even beside the bed there is no power socket.
